## Changelog

### 0.1 — 2026-10-06

- First release (#180). Trade x place directory over Virginia DPOR's Board for Contractors
regulant lists: every licensed contractor in a county/independent city (derived from the ZIP,
approximate, `county_method` on every row), mailing city or ZIP (exact), by trade name or code,
with email and mailing address. DPOR publishes no phone. Free Discovery Mode lists the 133
counties/cities and every trade. Licences are keyed on board+occupation+certificate (the
certificate alone repeats), the 22 tab-shifted rows are repaired, and out-of-state addresses are
  left out by default.
