  (`wvclboard.wv.gov/verify/`), replayed as its own JSON calls over plain httpx (no browser, no
  proxy by default — it answers Apify's container, datacenter and residential IPs alike).
  - **Lookup** (`query`/`queries`): a WV licence number (exact) or a name, searched in both the
    company and the DBA field and interleaved. `maxResults` is per query (default 50).
  - **Export** (no query): the whole state in one `licNo=WV` search (17,495 licences on
    2026-10-12), or one search per county / city, filtered here by any of the 63 classifications,
    an exact city, or WV mailing addresses only. `maxResults` is run-wide (default 500, max 100,000).
- Pages of 1,000 (larger pages come back with blank rows — treated as a refusal, never as data).
- Push and charge in chunks of 500; outage, bad-input and budget-cap notices are never charged.
