# ATS Jobs Scraper: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable (`scrapefoundry/ats-jobs-scraper`) Actor

Pull every open job from company career sites that run on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable or SmartRecruiters. Give it careers-page URLs or ATS slugs; it auto-detects the ATS and returns clean, deduplicated job rows with location, remote flag, salary and posting date.

## Pricing

Pay per event + usage

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## ATS Jobs Scraper: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters

Get every open job from company career sites, straight from the applicant-tracking systems most
tech and growth companies use. Paste careers-page URLs and the Actor detects the ATS for you, pass
slugs directly (`greenhouse:stripe`, `ashby:ramp`, `lever:<slug>`, `workable:<slug>`,
`smartrecruiters:<slug>`), or leave the list empty and pull from the **built-in index of thousands
of verified company job boards**, filtered by a word like `bank`, `health` or `ai`. Reads the
official public job-board endpoints, so it is fast, stable, and never blocked.

### Use cases

- Job boards and newsletters that need fresh listings from a watch-list of companies
- Recruiters and sourcers tracking competitor hiring
- Sales teams using hiring signals (a company hiring 10 SDRs is buying tools)
- AI agents that answer "who is hiring for X in Y" via the Apify MCP server

### Input

| Field | Meaning | Default |
|---|---|---|
| `companies` | careers URLs or `ats:slug` entries; empty = use the index | none |
| `useCompanyIndex` | pull from the bundled index when `companies` is empty | true |
| `indexFilter` | keep index companies whose name contains this word | none |
| `maxCompanies` | how many index companies to fetch, biggest boards first | 200 |
| `keyword` | title must contain | none |
| `locationKeyword` | location must contain | none |
| `remoteOnly` | keep remote jobs only | false |
| `postedSinceDays` | only jobs posted in the last N days | 0 (all) |
| `maxJobsPerCompany` | cap per company | 1000 |
| `includeDescription` | add full description text | false |

### Output (one row per job)

```json
{
  "ats": "greenhouse",
  "company": "stripe",
  "source": "greenhouse:stripe",
  "job_id": "7033612",
  "title": "Software Engineer, Payments",
  "location": "New York",
  "remote": null,
  "department": "Engineering",
  "employment_type": null,
  "url": "https://stripe.com/jobs/listing/...",
  "posted_at": "2026-10-07T19:02:27-04:00",
  "salary_text": null,
  "description": null
}
```

### Pricing

Pay per event. `job`: $0.003 per job returned ($3 per 1,000). Jobs removed by your filters are
never charged. Plus the standard Actor start event.

### Notes

Auto-detection reads the careers page HTML for an embedded Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable or
SmartRecruiters board. Companies on Workday, iCIMS, Taleo or custom sites are not supported yet;
open an issue and name the company. Typical issue response is under 6 hours.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

Careers-page URLs (ATS auto-detected) or explicit slugs: greenhouse:stripe, lever:spotify, ashby:ramp, workable:<slug>, smartrecruiters:<slug>. Leave empty to use the built-in company index.

## `useCompanyIndex` (type: `boolean`):

When no companies are given, pull jobs from the bundled index of verified Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable and SmartRecruiters boards (refreshed weekly).

## `indexFilter` (type: `string`):

Only index companies whose name or slug contains this text, e.g. 'bank' or 'health'. Empty = all, biggest boards first.

## `maxCompanies` (type: `integer`):

How many index companies to fetch (biggest job boards first).

## `keyword` (type: `string`):

Keep only jobs whose title contains this (case-insensitive).

## `locationKeyword` (type: `string`):

Keep only jobs whose location contains this, e.g. 'Remote' or 'New York'.

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs flagged remote or with 'remote' in the location.

## `postedSinceDays` (type: `integer`):

0 = no limit

## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many jobs per company (after filters).

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Adds the full description text to each row (bigger output).

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

The ATS APIs are public; Apify proxy is on by default for volume.
