## Pricing

from $2.00 / 1,000 product with details

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Amazon Product Scraper: prices, ratings, Best Sellers rank, 12 countries

Scrape **Amazon products, search results and Best Sellers lists** from 12 Amazon stores. You get the **price, list price, discount, rating, review count, Best Sellers rank, availability, seller, images, features and specs** for any ASIN or product link. You also get **ranked top-100 lists** from Best Sellers, New Releases, Movers & Shakers and Most Wished For, and **search results in order**, sponsored placements included and labelled.

**You only pay for results delivered.** Products that don't exist, non-product pages, invalid ASINs and pages that stay blocked after retries come back as clear error rows and are never charged.

### Why this Amazon scraper returns real prices, not empty rows

- **Local prices on purpose.** Amazon's price and stock depend on the delivery address, and many scrapers return prices for wherever their server happens to be (or "cannot ship to your location"). This Actor sets a delivery ZIP for each store before scraping (New York 10001 for amazon.com, London for .co.uk, Berlin for .de and so on), or the ZIP you choose, and reports it in `deliveryLocation`.
- **Full top 100.** Best Sellers pages only show 30 items until you scroll. The Actor loads the rest the way the page does, so ranks 1–100 come back complete.
- **Robot checks are detected, not parsed.** Amazon's CAPTCHA pages, "Continue shopping" interstitials, WAF challenges and 503s are recognised and retried with backoff and a fresh session, plus a slower second pass at the end. They are never returned as junk rows. In our live tests, 45 such blocks were recovered within the runs.
- **Clear errors**: `NOT_FOUND` (no such ASIN in that store), `NO_DATA` (e.g. a subscription or digital-only page), `INVALID_INPUT`, `BLOCKED`.

### What you get

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `asin`, `url`, `marketplace`, `title`, `brand` | Product identity |
| `price`, `currency`, `priceText`, `listPrice`, `savingsPercent` | Buy-box price and the crossed-out list price |
| `inStock`, `availability`, `seller`, `shipsFrom`, `deliveryLocation` | Stock, who sells and ships it, and where the price applies |
| `rating`, `reviewsCount`, `boughtPastMonth` | Ratings and the "bought in past month" badge |
| `bestSellersRank`, `categories` | Every Best Sellers rank with its category, and the breadcrumb |
| `features`, `description`, `specifications`, `images`, `variants`, `parentAsin` | Product page details |
| `rank`, `listName` | Best Sellers / New Releases rows |
| `position`, `searchQuery`, `isSponsored`, `badge` | Search result rows |

We collect product data only, never reviewer names or other personal data.

### How to use it

1. Add **products** (ASINs or links), **search keywords**, and/or **Best Sellers / category URLs**.
2. Pick the **marketplace** for ASINs and keywords (links always use their own store).
3. Optional: set **Max items per list or search** (up to 100 for Best Sellers), a **delivery ZIP**, or turn on **Scrape product details** to open every listed product.
4. Click **Start** and export JSON, CSV or Excel, or use the API.

#### Input example

```json
{
  "categoryUrls": ["https://www.amazon.com/gp/bestsellers/kitchen"],
  "searchQueries": ["coffee grinder"],
  "products": ["B0CJZW65R3"],
  "marketplace": "amazon.com",
  "maxItemsPerListing": 50,
  "scrapeProductDetails": false
}
```

#### Output example (product)

```json
{
  "status": "ok",
  "asin": "B0CJZW65R3",
  "url": "https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CJZW65R3",
  "marketplace": "amazon.com",
  "title": "STANLEY Quencher H2.0 Flow State Tumbler, 40 oz, Ash",
  "brand": "STANLEY",
  "price": 29.97,
  "currency": "USD",
  "listPrice": 45,
  "savingsPercent": 33,
  "inStock": true,
  "rating": 4.7,
  "reviewsCount": 206111,
  "boughtPastMonth": "8K+ bought in past month",
  "bestSellersRank": [{ "rank": 1, "category": "Home & Kitchen" }, { "rank": 1, "category": "Insulated Tumblers" }],
  "seller": "Amazon.com",
  "deliveryLocation": "New York 10001"
}
```

Best Sellers rows look like `{ "rank": 2, "listName": "Best Sellers in Kitchen & Dining", "asin": "B085DTZQNZ", "title": "Owala FreeSip…", "price": 29.99, "rating": 4.6, "reviewsCount": 140774 }`. A list row has `price: null` when Amazon shows "See options" instead of a price, which happens with products that have variants. Product details always resolve it.

### Switching from another Amazon Actor

Already calling **junglee/amazon-crawler** from code, a schedule or Make/Zapier? Change the Actor ID and keep your input JSON: this Actor accepts the same field names.

| Their input | Here |
|---|---|
| `categoryOrProductUrls` (product, search, category or Best Sellers links) | Same |
| `maxItemsPerStartUrl` | Same (`maxItemsPerListing`) |
| `scrapeProductDetails` | Same |
| `countryCode`, `zipCode`, `language`, `proxyCountry`, offers and seller options | Ignored; the store comes from the URL or `marketplace`, and `deliveryZipCode` sets the location |

### Supported stores

amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, amazon.fr, amazon.it, amazon.es, amazon.nl, amazon.ca, amazon.com.au, amazon.in, amazon.co.jp, amazon.com.mx. EU and Japanese stores are scraped with the English interface where Amazon offers it, so field names and texts stay consistent.

### Pricing

Pay per event, no start fee:

| Event | Free | Starter (Bronze) | Scale (Silver) | Business (Gold) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| `product`: product with full details | $0.004 | $0.003 | $0.0025 | $0.002 |
| `listing-item`: search or Best Sellers row | $0.0015 | $0.001 | $0.0008 | $0.0006 |

A Best Sellers top 100 costs $0.10 on the Starter plan. Errors are free, and you can cap the cost per run.

### Use cases

- **Price monitoring** across stores and countries, with the delivery location recorded.
- **Best Sellers tracking:** daily snapshots of category top 100s.
- **Product research:** ratings, reviews and sales badges for a whole search.
- **Catalog enrichment:** specs, features and images by ASIN.

### API, Python and AI agents

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("<YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN>")
run = client.actor("scrapemole/amazon-product-scraper").call(run_input={
    "products": ["B0CJZW65R3"], "marketplace": "amazon.com"
})
for item in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(item.get("title"), item.get("price"), item.get("errorCode"))
```

Works with n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, LlamaIndex and the Apify MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor agents can check Amazon prices and Best Sellers ranks on their own.

### Test results

Live tests on 8 Oct 2026 from one server IP **without any proxy**. Products were discovered by the test's own searches and Best Sellers lists across 12 stores, not hand-picked.

| Measure | Latest session (16 runs) |
|---|---|
| Runs finished OK | **16/16** |
| Product pages | **44/44** |
| Search and Best Sellers lists complete | 12/12 (560 rows) |
| Price found on priceable products | 41/44 |
| Rating / reviews found | 42/44 / 42/44 |
| Robot checks recovered automatically | 45 |
| Billing matched delivered results | Yes, every run |
| Not-found ASIN, invalid input, budget cap | All handled as specified |

The session before the last fix scored 10/16 runs (35/44 products): Amazon's "Continue shopping" interstitial was being reported as a parse error instead of a block. It is now detected and retried, with a unit test.

### FAQ

**Which proxy should I use?** The default Apify Proxy (datacenter) is the right choice for this Actor. Amazon product pages are large, so residential proxy traffic would cost more than the result price. Lower the parallelism if you see `BLOCKED` rows.

**Why does the price differ from what I see in my browser?** Your browser uses your own delivery address. Set `deliveryZipCode` to match it (for the main store), or compare against `deliveryLocation`.

**Can I scrape reviews?** No. Review text and reviewer profiles are personal data, which we don't collect.

# Actor input Schema

## `products` (type: `array`):

ASINs (e.g. B0CJZW65R3) or product links from any supported Amazon site, one per line. Each returns the full product record. Duplicates are removed.

## `searchQueries` (type: `array`):

Keywords to search on the selected marketplace, exactly like the Amazon search box. Returns products in result order (position 1, 2, 3...).

## `categoryUrls` (type: `array`):

Links to Amazon Best Sellers, New Releases, Movers & Shakers or Most Wished For lists (top 100 with ranks), or any Amazon search/category results URL with your filters applied.

## `marketplace` (type: `string`):

Which Amazon site ASINs and search keywords use. URLs always use their own site.

## `maxItemsPerListing` (type: `integer`):

Stop each search or Best Sellers list after this many products. Best Sellers lists have at most 100.

## `scrapeProductDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Off: fast and cheap rows straight from the results page (title, price, rating, reviews, rank/position, badges). On: the full product record for every result (Best Sellers rank, availability, seller, features, specs, images, variants), charged as a product.

## `includeSponsored` (type: `boolean`):

Search results include ads, flagged with isSponsored. Turn off to keep organic results only.

## `deliveryZipCode` (type: `string`):

Prices and availability on Amazon depend on where you ship. Leave empty for the marketplace's main city (e.g. New York 10001 on amazon.com, London on amazon.co.uk, Berlin on amazon.de). Applies to the selected marketplace.

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

How many pages to load at once. Higher is faster but more likely to be rate limited.

## `maxRetries` (type: `integer`):

CAPTCHAs and blocks are retried with backoff on a fresh session and IP. Blocked inputs also get one more try at the end of the run.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Leave the default (Apify datacenter proxy, included in the price). Each block gets a new IP and a fresh session.
