## Aqarmap Egypt Real Estate Scraper

Scrape apartment, villa, duplex and office listings from **Aqarmap**, Egypt's property portal, for sale or for rent, and get clean data for price analysis: asking price, **price per m²**, area, bedrooms, bathrooms, district, compound or street, and whether the property is **inside a developer compound**.

### Features

- **Price per m² on every listing**, as shown on Aqarmap, for direct comparison between districts
- **Compound flag:** tells developer compounds (Rock Yard, Marriott Residence, Mountain View...) apart from ordinary buildings on streets. In the same Cairo district, compound flats are often listed at about twice the price per m²
- **Any district or city:** New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, Maadi, Heliopolis, Nasr City, Faisal, Haram, Alexandria, the Red Sea and North Coast, or all of Greater Cairo
- **Sale, rent or both**, apartments, villas, duplexes, penthouses, studios, offices and land

**Do I need an Aqarmap account?**
No. The Actor reads public search pages only.

**How is "inCompound" decided?**
From the listing's location: it is true when the location names a compound, a residence or a developer (for example "Rock Yard Compound" or "Marriott Residence - A Capital Holding"). Ordinary buildings show a street name instead.

**Are these sale prices?**
They are asking prices as listed. Final prices are usually lower, and many compound units are sold in instalments.

**Can I filter by price or number of rooms?**
Filter the dataset after the run. Search URL filters (price, rooms) are not applied.

**Does it collect phone numbers?**
No. Contact details are not collected.
