## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Amazon Scraper with International Shipping Cost

Scrape **Amazon.com** products and keyword searches **as a shopper in your country sees them**. For every seller offer
you get the **shipping cost to that country, whether it ships free, the delivery date** and the **landed total**, plus
title, image, prices and ratings. Covers 29 countries. No proxies or Amazon account needed.

Most Amazon scrapers quote US delivery, or charge a large extra fee to set a delivery location. Here the delivery
country is built into every request, for every offer in the All Offers Display, at no extra cost.

### Who it's for

- **Cross-border shoppers, deal sites and communities** that tell people what an Amazon.com item really costs in
  their country.
- **Resellers and importers** comparing the landed cost of Amazon.com offers against local prices.
- **Price trackers** that need to know when an item starts shipping, or ships free, to a country.

### Countries

United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark,
Norway, Sweden, Poland, Japan, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, United Arab Emirates,
Saudi Arabia, Israel, South Africa, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, New Zealand.

### What you can do

- **Product lookup**: give ASINs or product URLs (including `amzn.to` / `a.co` short links) and get every offer
  (buy box and All Offers), each with `shipping_price`, `free_shipping`, `delivery_date` and `total_price`, plus the
  cheapest new offer that ships to your country (`best_offer`). Each product also carries its full listing in
  `details`: brand, rating and review count, bullets, description, images, specifications, best-sellers rank,
  categories and variants.
- **Search**: give keywords and get ranked results with price, rating, review count, Prime and sponsored flags, and
  shipping to your country. Optionally keep only items that ship there free.

### Input

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `country` | Delivery country (default: United Kingdom) |
| `products` | ASINs or Amazon.com product URLs |
| `searchQueries` | Keywords to search |
| `maxPagesPerQuery` | Result pages per query (1-20) |
| `freeShippingOnly` | Keep only items that ship free to `country` |
| `maxItems` | Stop after this many results (caps your cost) |

### Output

Product item (abridged), for `country: "GB"`:

```json
{
  "type": "product",
  "asin": "B01LP0U5X0",
  "title": "Amazon Basics Extra Thick Exercise Yoga Mat",
  "delivery_country": "GB",
  "ships_to_destination": true,
  "free_shipping_available": false,
  "best_offer": {
    "price": 27.33, "shipping_price": 28.84, "total_price": 56.17,
    "free_shipping": false, "delivery_date": "Wednesday, November 11",
    "seller_name": "Amazon.com", "condition": "New", "source": "all_offers"
  },
  "offers": [ ... ],
  "url": "https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LP0U5X0",
  "scraped_at": "2026-11-02T02:48:16Z"
}
```

Search item (abridged):

```json
{
  "type": "search_result", "query": "usb c charger", "page": 1, "rank": 1,
  "asin": "B0XXXXXXXX", "title": "...", "price": 19.99, "rating": 4.6, "review_count": 12873,
  "free_shipping": false, "shipping_price": 9.42, "delivery_date": "Wed, Nov 11",
  "is_prime": false, "is_sponsored": false, "delivery_country": "GB"
}
```

All prices are in USD, as Amazon.com quotes them. Import duties and taxes collected at checkout are not included.

### Pricing

Pay per event, nothing else:

| Event | Price |
|---|---|
| Product (every offer with shipping to your country, best offer, landed totals) | $5.00 / 1,000 |
| Search result | $1.00 / 1,000 |
| Actor start | $0.00005 per run |

Products that fail to load after retries, or that Amazon doesn't have, are skipped and not charged. Set `maxItems`
or a maximum charge per run to cap spending; the Actor stops calling Amazon once either is reached.

### Limits

- Amazon.com only. Australia and US domestic delivery are not supported.
- Data is live. Each product is read from Amazon when you ask for it (typically 3-6 s; the first one in a run can take
  up to ~30 s). Repeat lookups within 10 minutes are served from cache.
- A product with no offers but a title means nothing on Amazon.com ships to that country.
