It is the unique identification code of a Bulgarian company (Единен идентификационен код), 9 digits for companies and 13 for branches and other entities. It appears on invoices, contracts and VAT records.

Yes. Where the company has declared beneficial owners under the anti-money-laundering rules, they are returned in the beneficial owners field, along with any sole owner, parent or controlling legal person.
