**How many recalls can I pull in one run?**  
The CPSC service returns the entire matching set in a single response, so you can pull thousands of recalls. Use the Max Items field to cap the run, or narrow with a date range or keyword to keep each pull focused.

**How do I filter recalls by date or keyword?**  
Set Recall Date From and Recall Date To with YYYY-MM-DD dates to pull a window of recalls. You can also match a keyword against the recall title (for example fire or lithium) or against the product name (for example stroller or heater).

**Does a recall include the products, hazards and the remedy?**  
Yes. Every record carries the recalled products with unit counts, the hazards, any reported injuries, the manufacturers, importers and retailers, the country of manufacture, and the refund, repair or replacement remedy offered to consumers.

**What happens to fields a recall does not list?**  
Fields the CPSC does not provide for a record, such as a UPC, a manufacturer or a product model, are returned as null or an empty array. The scraper never invents values, so imported goods with no listed manufacturer simply show the importer instead.
