Yes. With full profiles enabled, each provider includes the office phone and complete street address, plus practice name and NPI where available.

**Can I search several specialties and cities at once?**
Yes. Every search query is combined with every city, so one run can cover many specialties across many cities.

**What does the rating mean?**
It is the average patient rating out of 5, with the number of ratings in reviewCount.

**Will I be charged for empty runs?**
No. You are only billed per real provider record returned. A run that finds nothing costs nothing.
