Use `Last, First` — a trailing comma alone (e.g. `Smith,`) returns every broker with that last name. Firm searches accept any part of the firm name.

**What does the firm affiliation tell me?**
For active brokers it shows the primary firm / brokerage they hang their license with, including the firm's license number, plus the broker-in-charge for that office.

**Can I look up a specific license number directly?**
Yes. Put broker numbers (e.g. `238826`) or firm numbers (e.g. `C40905`) into License Numbers and the actor fetches those records without searching.
