**Does every listing include the condominium fee and property tax?**  
Most do, but QuintoAndar does not always publish a condominium fee or IPTU for a given unit. When the platform does not report a value the field is left null instead of showing a placeholder number.

**What happens if a listing has no coordinates or photo?**  
The scraper maps every field that QuintoAndar exposes for a listing. The vast majority of records include coordinates and a cover photo, and any field the platform does not provide is returned as null rather than a fabricated value.
