## Pricing

from $4.00 / 1,000 listings

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Rightmove UK Scraper API: Property Listings and Asking Prices

Collect genuine Rightmove UK property-for-sale listings, advertised GBP asking prices, price qualifiers, bedrooms, property types, tenure, size text and source links. Export JSON, CSV or Excel, or use the Apify API for property-market research.

```json
{"term": "london", "maxItems": 3}
```

Use `london`, `london-flats`, or a public Rightmove sale-search URL. Supported location identifiers, price, bedroom, radius, property-type and sale-status filters are checked against the source response. Other active filters are rejected rather than silently ignored. Searches start from their first page even if the supplied URL has an offset. This actor does not cover rentals or overseas property.

Asking, guide and from prices are not completed sale prices or valuations. POA remains `price: null` even when the source contains an internal amount. No personal street addresses, precise locations, agent contacts or customer data are exported.

No hidden fixed result limits: omit `maxItems` and `maxPages` to follow accessible pagination within the runtime and spending budget. Rightmove currently exposes at most 42 pages for broad searches, even when its count is higher; `RUN_SUMMARY` reports this source restriction as incomplete. Narrow the source filters for more useful coverage. Default runtime 240 seconds, adjustable to 7200. `searchUrls` overrides `searchTerms`, which overrides `term`; `maxItems` and deduplication are shared.

Results arrive progressively. Automatic proxies and access recovery require no customer cookies or technical settings. Earlier results remain when later pages fail. `RUN_SUMMARY` and `DIAGNOSTICS` distinguish empty results, blocks and errors.

USD 0.004 per genuine unique delivered listing plus customer-paid Apify consumption. No fees for duplicates, errors or summaries. Private until explicit publication approval; commercial pricing is activated at publication only. Independent tool, not affiliated with Rightmove. Respect source terms and applicable law.
