## Pricing

from $1.10 / 1,000 listing scrapeds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

Actors are web data automations that power AI and operations. They run on the Apify platform to scrape websites, process data, connect APIs, and automate workflows.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.
Actors are written with capital "A".

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.
The best way to integrate Actors is as follows.

- **AI agents and MCP clients** — the [Apify MCP server](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/mcp.md) at `https://mcp.apify.com` (remote, streamable HTTP, OAuth on first use).
- **Agentic workflows and local Actor development** — [Agent Skills](https://apify.com/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json) with the [Apify CLI](https://docs.apify.com/cli/docs.md): `npm install -g apify-cli`, then `apify login`.
- **JavaScript/TypeScript projects** — the official [JS/TS client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md): `npm install apify-client`.
- **Python projects** — the official [Python client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md): `pip install apify-client`.
- **Any other language** — the [REST API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2.md).

For usage examples, see the [API](#api) section below.

## Leboncoin Scraper - France Real Estate Listings

Scrape real-estate listings from **leboncoin.fr**, France's largest classifieds site. Paste any leboncoin.fr
search URL - property sales or rentals, any region - and get clean rows with **price**, **area**, **rooms**,
**property type**, **DPE energy rating**, **city**, **postcode**, **department**, **coordinates**, **seller**
and **images**. leboncoin is DataDome-protected, so this actor drives a **real Firefox browser through
residential proxy** and retries with a fresh IP on a challenge - no API key needed.

### What you get per listing

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `title` / `url` / `id` | Ad headline, canonical leboncoin.fr URL, and ad id |
| `category` / `sellType` | Category name and sale type |
| `price` / `currency` | Asking price and currency (EUR) |
| `propertyType` / `areaSqm` / `landSqm` / `rooms` | Maison/Appartement, living area, plot area (houses/land), rooms |
| `energyRate` / `ges` | DPE energy rating and greenhouse-gas class |
| `city` / `zipcode` / `department` / `region` / `latitude` / `longitude` | Structured location |
| `ownerName` / `ownerType` | Seller name and type (private / pro) |
| `image` / `imageCount` / `dateCreated` | Cover image, photo count and publish date |

### Input

```json
{ "startUrls": ["https://www.leboncoin.fr/recherche?category=9"], "maxPagesPerUrl": 5 }
```

- **Search URLs** - build a search on leboncoin.fr with your filters (category, location, price), then paste the URL. Category 9 is real-estate sales, 10 is rentals. One per line.
- **Import from a file** - paste a whole list, or link a public `.txt`/`.csv`, a Google Sheet/Drive link, or an Apify key-value-store record.
- **Output fields** - trim every record to exactly the columns you need for lean CSV/Sheets exports.

Leave everything empty and the run returns a small free sample so you can see the shape first.

### Reliability

leboncoin is protected by **DataDome**. This actor loads each page in a real **Firefox** browser through
**residential Apify Proxy (France)**; on a DataDome challenge it relaunches with a fresh residential IP and
retries (up to four attempts per page), which gets through reliably. A search that matches nothing, or an
import that cannot be read, bills **$0** and says why. Long runs stop cleanly before the timeout and save
everything collected so far.

### Honest limits

- **`description` (full ad body), `bedrooms`, and exact per-room detail live on the detail page**, not the
  search list - the list view returns the total `rooms` count and an empty body for standard ads.
- **`landSqm` fills for houses and land only** - apartment ads have no plot.
- Browser + retries make runs slower than a plain HTTP scraper; that is the cost of getting past DataDome.

### Pricing

**$0.002 per listing** on the FREE tier (tiered pricing lowers it with volume). Only listings actually saved
are billed; blocked-out or empty runs cost nothing.

### Output views

- **Listings** - title, price, area, rooms, city and the listing URL.

### Use with AI assistants (MCP)

Available through the [Apify MCP server](https://docs.apify.com/platform/integrations/mcp) - an agent can pull
live France property listings past DataDome, compare prices, or enrich a location list in one call.

# Actor input Schema

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

leboncoin.fr search URLs, one per line. Build a search on leboncoin.fr with your filters (category, location, price), then paste the URL. Category 9 is real-estate sales. <b>Leave empty and the run returns a small free sample.</b>

## `startUrlsFromFile` (type: `string`):

Bulk-load leboncoin.fr URLs. Either <b>paste the whole list</b> (one per line), or give <b>a single link</b> to a public <code>.txt</code>/<code>.csv</code>, a Google Sheet/Drive link, or an Apify key-value-store record. A file that cannot be read says so and charges nothing.

## `maxPagesPerUrl` (type: `integer`):

How many result pages to follow for each start URL (about 35 listings per page).

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Overall cap across all URLs. You are only charged for listings actually saved.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

leboncoin.fr is DataDome-protected; RESIDENTIAL Apify Proxy (France) is required and used by default.

## `outputFields` (type: `array`):

Pick the fields you want and every record is trimmed to exactly those - handy for lean CSV/Sheets exports.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "startUrls": [
    "https://www.leboncoin.fr/recherche?category=9"
  ],
  "maxPagesPerUrl": 10,
  "maxItems": 1000,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": true,
    "apifyProxyGroups": [
      "RESIDENTIAL"
    ],
    "apifyProxyCountry": "FR"
  }
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):

Each listing - price, area, rooms, location, seller - as a JSON item in the default dataset.
