## Willhaben Scraper - Austria Real Estate Listings

Scrape real-estate listings from **willhaben.at**, Austria's largest classifieds and property marketplace.
Paste any willhaben.at property search URL - for sale or to rent, apartments, houses or plots - and get clean
rows with **price**, **living area**, **rooms**, **property type**, **address**, **postcode**, **state**,
**coordinates**, **agency** and **images**. No API key. No browser. Runs through Apify Proxy.

stop cleanly before the timeout and save everything collected so far.

### Honest limits

- **`plotSqm` fills for houses and plots only** - apartment listings have no plot area and return null by design.
- Datacenter IPs are blocked by willhaben; keep the default **RESIDENTIAL** proxy.
