## Pricing

from $1.70 / 1,000 product delivereds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## AliExpress Scraper: products, prices, exact sold counts and review stats

Scrape **AliExpress products** into clean JSON, CSV or Excel, **without login, cookies or a browser**. Search by keyword, read category or search links, paste product links, or **search by image** with a product photo, and get every product's title, **price, original price and discount**, the **exact sold count** behind "10,000+ sold", rating, store, delivery days for your country, Choice and ad flags, images and category ids. Turn on review stats to add review count, average, star breakdown, positive rate and the review tags buyers use.

It is used by dropshippers and e-commerce sellers looking for products that already sell, by price monitoring and market research teams, and by anyone who needs AliExpress catalog data in a spreadsheet or an AI agent.

### AliExpress scraper pricing at a glance

| Event | Free plan | Bronze | Silver | Gold and above | Charged for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Product delivered | US$ 2.00 / 1,000 | US$ 1.90 | US$ 1.80 | US$ 1.70 | each unique product row |
| Review stats added (optional) | US$ 1.50 / 1,000 | US$ 1.425 | US$ 1.35 | US$ 1.275 | each product that came back with its review stats |

- **40 fields per product**, all listed in the [field reference](#field-reference): price, original price, discount, exact sold count, rating, store, delivery days, Choice, ad and free shipping flags, images, category ids, launch date and, with review stats, 11 review fields.
- **No start fee and no monthly fee.** 1,000 search results cost US$ 2.00; with review stats, US$ 3.50.
- **Error rows and duplicates are free**, each with an `errorCode`, and `maxItems` caps the cost of every keyword.
- **Currency and country:** USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, BRL, MXN, PLN, JPY or KRW, with prices and delivery days for the ship-to country you pick.
- **Search by image:** paste a photo link (or upload a file, or give an AliExpress product link) and get the similar products AliExpress finds, most similar first, each row tagged with the image it came from.
- **Sort and filters** as on the site: best match, most sold, price up or down; min and max price, ships from, free shipping, 4 stars and up, Choice only.

### What you can do with AliExpress data

- **Dropshipping and product research:** what sells the most for a keyword, at what price, with how many real orders (`soldCount`), sorted by `orders`.
- **Price monitoring:** track price, original price and discount of the same products over time, in your currency and for your country.
- **Competitor and supplier analysis:** which stores rank, which products are Choice or paid placements, how long delivery takes per country.
- **Review screening:** star breakdown, positive rate and the tags buyers use, before you pick a product or a supplier.
- **Find cheaper sellers from a photo:** search by image with a supplier or competitor photo and compare `price` and `priceType` across sellers of the same item.
- **Trend spotting:** `launchDate` and `soldCount` together show new products that are taking off.

### AliExpress scraper input examples

The 500 best-selling phone cases and yoga mats in euros, shipped to Germany:

```json
{ "searchQueries": ["phone case", "yoga mat"], "maxItems": 500, "sortBy": "orders", "currency": "EUR", "shipTo": "DE" }
```

Wireless earbuds between US$ 10 and US$ 40, shipped from the US, 4 stars and up, with review stats:

```json
{ "searchQueries": ["wireless earbuds"], "minPrice": 10, "maxPrice": 40, "shipFrom": "US", "fourStarsAndUp": true, "includeReviewStats": true, "maxItems": 120 }
```

A category link and two product links (product links always come with review stats):

```json
{
  "categoryUrls": ["https://www.aliexpress.com/category/100003109/women-clothing.html"],
  "productUrls": ["https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005012594192741.html", "1005012594192741"],
  "maxItems": 60
}
```

#### Search by image

Two product photos and one AliExpress product link (its main photo is used and the product itself is left out), 40 similar products each:

```json
{
  "imageUrls": [
    "https://ae-pic-a1.aliexpress-media.com/kf/Sf70350099604409c94bfde2b9171642ed.jpg",
    "https://s.alicdn.com/@sc04/kf/He83d6b68f6574c14a88af2ac6a6afd67S.jpg_300x300.jpg",
    "https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005012594192741.html"
  ],
  "maxResultsPerImage": 40
}
```

AliExpress shows about 100 to 300 similar products per photo (60 per page); `maxResultsPerImage` (default 20, 0 = all) caps each image. Rows have the same fields as a keyword search plus `sourceImage` (the link you gave) and `imageSearchTotal`, and `position` is the rank for that photo. A clean product photo on a plain background works best; a busy scene can match the wrong object. Sort and filters apply to keyword and category searches only.

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| `searchQueries` | Keywords as you would type them on AliExpress |
| `categoryUrls` | `https://www.aliexpress.com/category/ID/name.html` or any `/w/` search link |
| `productUrls` | `aliexpress.com/item/ID.html` links (aliexpress.us too) or numeric ids; always with review stats |
| `maxItems` | Default 50, per keyword or category link (60 per page, up to 60 pages). Product links are not limited by it |
| `sortBy` | `default` (best match), `orders` (most sold), `price_asc`, `price_desc` |
| `minPrice`, `maxPrice` | In the chosen currency |
| `shipFrom` | Country code: only products shipped from there (US, CN, ES...) |
| `freeShippingOnly`, `fourStarsAndUp`, `choiceOnly` | AliExpress filters |
| `currency` | USD (default), EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, BRL, MXN, PLN, JPY, KRW |
| `shipTo` | Country code the prices and delivery days are for (default US) |
| `includeReviewStats` | Adds review stats to search results; one extra request per product |
| `imageUrls` | Photo links (JPG, PNG, WebP) or AliExpress product links/ids to search by image |
| `imageFile` | Or upload one photo from your computer |
| `maxResultsPerImage` | Default 20 per image; 0 = everything AliExpress shows for it |
| `compareWithPreviousRun` | Adds the previous price, the change and the orders gained since the previous run with the same input (see Monitor AliExpress prices on a schedule) |

An empty input runs a small example search, so you can see the output before you set anything.

These field names are also read: `keywords`, `queries`, `searchQuery`, `keyword`, `query` and `search` (as `searchQueries`), `searchUrls` (as `categoryUrls`), `productIds`, `urls` and `startUrls` (as `productUrls`; a search or category link pasted there is read as a category link), `maxItemsPerQuery`, `maxProducts` and `maxResults` (as `maxItems`), `imageUrl`, `images` and `similarToProducts` (as `imageUrls`), and `maxItemsPerImage` (as `maxResultsPerImage`).

Never buyer names or countries. Error rows have `type: "error"`, `source`, `errorCode`, `error` and `scrapedAt`.

#### Error codes (never charged)

| errorCode | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `NO_RESULTS` | AliExpress found nothing for this keyword or link (it shows unrelated suggestions instead) |
| `PRODUCT_NOT_FOUND` | The product does not exist or was taken down |
| `IMAGE_UNREADABLE` | The image link did not open or is not a JPG, PNG or WebP picture |
| `INVALID_URL`, `INVALID_INPUT` | A value the Actor does not understand |
| `BLOCKED` | AliExpress showed a captcha after retries; run again |
| `NOT_REACHED`, `UNEXPECTED` | The run timeout arrived, or something unforeseen broke; only that input is lost |

### Monitor AliExpress prices on a schedule

1. Run the keywords, category or product links you want to watch, then save the input as a Task.
2. Turn on `compareWithPreviousRun`.
3. Attach an Apify Schedule to the Task, for example daily.

```json
{ "searchQueries": ["led strip lights"], "sortBy": "orders", "maxItems": 50, "compareWithPreviousRun": true }
```

Each run returns every product as usual, plus what changed since the run before: `previousPrice`, `priceChange` and `priceChangePct`, `soldCountChange` (orders gained), `isNewProduct` (not seen before by this input), `firstSeenAt` and `previousSeenAt`. On the first run every product is new. The history lives in a key-value store on your own account named `aliexpress-prices-...` (Storage, Key-value stores), saved after the products are delivered; a different currency or ship-to country gets its own history. To start over, delete that store or set a new `snapshotName`.

### AliExpress scraper integrations, scheduling and AI agents

- **Schedule** the same keywords daily or weekly in [Apify schedules](https://docs.apify.com/platform/schedules) and compare `price`, `soldCount` and `position` over time.
- **Export** as JSON, CSV, Excel or XML, or read the dataset from the [Apify API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2).
- **Connect** it to Make, n8n, Zapier, Google Sheets, Slack or a webhook through [Apify integrations](https://docs.apify.com/platform/integrations).
- **AI agents:** the Actor works as a tool through the [Apify MCP server](https://docs.apify.com/platform/integrations/mcp) in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients, for example "find the 50 best-selling yoga mats under US$ 20 shipped from Spain".

Video guides from Apify: [how to schedule an Actor](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1jI7WcVQmwM) and [how to connect it to other apps](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bNACk1_S_6w).

Through the API:

```bash
curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/scrapewise~aliexpress-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"searchQueries":["led strip lights"],"sortBy":"orders","maxItems":100}'
```

### AliExpress scraper limitations

- Visitors without an account see AliExpress "new shopper" prices on many products (like US$ 0.33 or US$ 1.09). `price` is what AliExpress shows; `newShopperDeal` is `true` and `priceType` is `newShopperDeal` when the card carries a new shopper offer, so filter on `priceType` before comparing the cheapest sellers.
- `storeName` and `sellerCompany` come only when AliExpress includes them in the result card (about half of best-match results, fewer when sorted by sales). `freeShipping` is `true` when the card says so, or when the free shipping filter is on; otherwise empty.
- AliExpress product pages load their data with a protected call that answers with a captcha, so variants (SKUs), specifications, descriptions and review texts are not included. Product links get the search card data plus review stats.
- `reviewCount` counts written reviews; `ratingCount` counts all star ratings. AliExpress groups reviews of the same item from different sellers.
- Only public data. This Actor reads public pages only and respects the site's terms.

### AliExpress scraper FAQ

**Do I need an AliExpress account or cookies?**
No. Everything comes from public pages over plain HTTP, through the Apify proxy.

**Why not the official AliExpress API?**
AliExpress's open platform APIs are meant for registered affiliates and dropshipping partners and need an approved app key. This Actor needs no account or key and returns public search data such as the exact sold count, delivery days per country, Choice and ad flags, search by image and review stats.

**How do I get the most sold products?**
Set `sortBy` to `orders`. `soldCount` is the exact number, not the rounded "10,000+".

**Why is the price different from what I see in my browser?**
Prices depend on currency, ship-to country and whether you are logged in. Set `currency` and `shipTo` to match yours; logged-out visitors often see new shopper deals.

**What does a run cost?**
Only the products delivered: US$ 2.00 per 1,000, plus US$ 1.50 per 1,000 for review stats if you turn them on. There is no Apify compute bill on top. Search by image uses the same product price: 20 similar products for one photo cost US$ 0.04.

**Can I search with a photo from another store?**
Yes. Any public JPG, PNG or WebP link works, for example a product photo from Amazon, Etsy or your own site. The same product found for two different photos is one row for each photo.

- **20 Oct 2026:** `compareWithPreviousRun` adds the previous price, the price change and the orders gained since the previous run to every product.

- **18 Oct 2026:** search by image (`imageUrls`, `imageFile`, AliExpress product links), `maxResultsPerImage`, and `priceType` on every row to tell new shopper deals from sale and regular prices.

- **16 Oct 2026 (later):** `searchQuery`, `keyword`, `query`, `search`, `maxProducts` and `maxResults` are read too, so inputs written for other AliExpress tools work as they are.

- **16 Oct 2026:** field reference, more input examples, input names from other AliExpress actors, integrations section and FAQ in this page; `maxItems` default now 50.

- **2026-09-30, 0.1:** first release. Keyword search, category links and product links, sort and filters, currency and ship-to country, optional review stats, free error rows.

# Actor input Schema

## `searchQueries` (type: `array`):

Keywords as you would type them in the AliExpress search bar, one per line, for example "phone case" or "wireless earbuds". Each keyword is searched on its own and returns the products AliExpress lists for it, page after page (60 per page, up to 3,600 per keyword), with the sort and filters below applied. Leave every source empty to run the example "phone case". Also accepts 'keywords' and 'queries'.

## `categoryUrls` (type: `array`):

AliExpress category or search links, one per line, for example https://www.aliexpress.com/category/100003109/women-clothing.html or any https://www.aliexpress.com/w/... search link. The filters already in the link are kept and the sort, price and shipping options below are added on top. A search link pasted in 'Product links' is moved here automatically. Also accepts 'searchUrls'.

## `productUrls` (type: `array`):

Specific products to read, one per line: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006123456789.html links (aliexpress.us and other country domains too) or just the numeric product id. Each returns one row with price, seller, shipping and review stats; review stats are always included here and charged as 'Review stats added'. Also accepts 'productIds', 'urls' and 'startUrls'.

## `imageUrls` (type: `array`):

Find AliExpress products that look like a photo, one image link per line: any public JPG, PNG or WebP (an Amazon, Etsy, Shopee or Temu photo, your own site, or an AliExpress image). You can also paste an AliExpress product link or id here: its main photo is used and the product itself is left out, so you get other sellers of the same or a similar item. Each image returns the products AliExpress shows for it, most similar first, with the same fields as a keyword search plus 'sourceImage' (the image or link the row came from) and 'imageSearchTotal'. Sort and filters apply to keyword and category searches only. Also accepts 'imageUrl', 'images' and 'similarToProducts'.

## `imageFile` (type: `string`):

Upload a product photo (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 15 MB) from your computer instead of pasting a link. It is searched exactly like an image link and its rows carry the uploaded file's link in 'sourceImage'. Leave empty when you use links.

## `maxResultsPerImage` (type: `integer`):

Products returned for each image or product link, for example 20 (the default) or 120. AliExpress shows about 100 to 300 similar products per photo, 60 per page; 0 means all of them. You pay per product delivered, so this caps the cost of each image. 'maxItemsPerImage' also works.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Upper limit of products for each keyword and for each category or search link, for example 50 (the default) or 3600 for everything AliExpress lists. Product links are not limited by it. You pay per product delivered, so this caps the cost of each keyword. 'maxItemsPerQuery' also works.

## `sortBy` (type: `string`):

Same options as the AliExpress sort bar: Best match (default), Most sold, Price low to high, Price high to low. With a limit, the order also decides which products you get: Most sold plus a limit of 50 returns the 50 best sellers.

## `minPrice` (type: `integer`):

Only products priced at or above this whole number, in the currency chosen below, for example 5. The filter is applied by AliExpress to keyword and category searches. Leave empty for no minimum.

## `maxPrice` (type: `integer`):

Only products priced at or below this whole number, in the currency chosen below, for example 30. Applied by AliExpress to keyword and category searches. Leave empty for no maximum.

## `shipFrom` (type: `string`):

Only products shipped from this country, as a two-letter code: US, CN, ES, FR, DE, GB, BR and so on. Useful to find items with local warehouses and faster delivery. Leave empty for all origins.

## `freeShippingOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Only products AliExpress marks with free shipping to the 'Ship to' country. Off (default) keeps all products; each row still has its shipping cost.

## `fourStarsAndUp` (type: `boolean`):

Only products AliExpress rates 4 stars or more, using the AliExpress 4-star filter. Off (default) keeps unrated and lower-rated products too.

## `choiceOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Only AliExpress Choice products (platform-managed items with faster delivery and free returns in many countries). Off (default) keeps all sellers.

## `currency` (type: `string`):

Currency for every price in the output, for example USD (default), EUR, GBP or BRL. AliExpress converts the prices itself, so they match what a shopper in that currency sees. The price filters above use this currency too.

## `shipTo` (type: `string`):

Two-letter code of the country AliExpress prices and delivers for, for example US (default), GB, DE, FR, ES, BR or AU. It changes prices, shipping costs, delivery days and which products are listed, so set it to your buyers' country.

## `includeReviewStats` (type: `boolean`):

Off (default): search rows have the rating and orders shown on the card. On: adds review count, average, star breakdown (5 to 1 stars), positive rate and review tags to each search result. It needs one extra request per product and is charged as a separate 'Review stats added' event only when the stats came back. Product links always include them.

## `compareWithPreviousRun` (type: `boolean`):

Keeps the last price and orders count of every product in a key-value store on your account (named after this input, or after 'Snapshot name') and adds to each row: previousPrice, priceChange, priceChangePct, soldCountChange, isNewProduct, firstSeenAt and previousSeenAt. On the first run every product is new. Every product is still delivered. Save the input as a Task and schedule it daily to see what changed since the previous run.

## `snapshotName` (type: `string`):

Name of the history to compare with. Leave empty to derive it from the keywords, links, filters, currency and ship-to country of this input (the same input always compares with itself). Set a new name to start a fresh history.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Apify Proxy (datacenter) is the default and recommended. When AliExpress answers with a captcha, the Actor opens a new session and, after two blocks, switches to Apify residential proxies on its own, with no extra charge. Change it only to use your own proxies.
