## Pricing

from $1.45 / 1,000 listing delivereds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Depop Scraper: resale listings with price, discount, brand, size, condition and shop

Depop Scraper collects **listings from depop.com**, the second-hand fashion marketplace, by keyword or by a search
link. Each listing comes back as one clean row: price, original price and discount, currency, brand, category and
product type, size, condition, colours, department (womenswear or menswear), shipping price and carrier, quantity,
boosted flag, every photo, the hashtags of the description, where the item ships from, and the **public shop
username** with the shop link and verified badge.

It works in every Depop market: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the European
markets, each in its own currency. No account, cookies or browser needed. It is used to:

- price vintage and second-hand items before buying or listing them (what does a used Carhartt jacket sell for?);
- follow brands, sizes and price drops for reselling, with a daily alert on new listings;
- research resale trends by brand, category, condition and market, or find active shops in a niche.

### At a glance

| What | Price |
|---|---|
| Listing delivered | **US$ 1.70 per 1,000 listings** (US$ 0.0017 each) on the Free plan, lower on paid plans |
| Run start | US$ 0.005 per run |

- 1,000 listings with shop details = **about US$ 1.71** on the Free plan.
- Paid Apify plans get a lower price per listing automatically (Bronze, Silver, Gold and above).
- The shop username is included in the listing price; there is no extra event for it.
- Error rows, duplicates and listings already delivered in earlier runs (`onlyNew`) are never charged. `maxItems` is
  a hard cap, and a spending limit set on the run stops it cleanly with everything delivered so far.

### Quick start

```json
{
  "searchQueries": ["vintage levis"],
  "maxItems": 50
}
```

Men's Carhartt jackets in the UK between 20 and 60 GBP, excellent or like-new condition, discounted only:

```json
{
  "searchQueries": ["carhartt jacket"],
  "country": "gb",
  "priceMin": 20,
  "priceMax": 60,
  "conditions": ["used_excellent", "used_like_new"],
  "gender": "male",
  "onSaleOnly": true,
  "maxItems": 200
}
```

Already searched on the site? Paste the link from the address bar in `startUrls`, for example
`https://www.depop.com/search/?q=y2k%20top&priceMax=15`. The keyword and the price, condition and department
filters in the link are used.

Daily alert: schedule the run once a day with `"onlyNew": true` and only listings you have not received before come
back (the ones skipped are free).

### Input

| Field | Type | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| `searchQueries` | list of text | Keywords, one search each (also accepted: `searchQuery`, `query`, `keywords`). |
| `startUrls` | list of links | Depop search links (`https://www.depop.com/search/?q=...`). |
| `country` | text | Market: `us`, `gb`, `au`, `nz`, `ca`, `ie`, `fr`, `de`, `it`, `es`, `nl`. Default `us`. |
| `priceMin`, `priceMax` | number | Price range in the market currency. |
| `conditions` | list | `brand_new`, `used_like_new`, `used_excellent`, `used_good`, `used_fair`. |
| `gender` | text | `any` (default), `female` (womenswear) or `male` (menswear). |
| `kidsOnly` | true/false | Only kids' items. |
| `onSaleOnly` | true/false | Only listings with a price drop. |
| `includeSellerDetails` | true/false | Default on: opens each listing for the shop username, shop link and verified badge. Off: faster. |
| `maxItems` | number | Hard cap for the whole run. Default 50, 0 = no cap. |
| `onlyNew` | true/false | Deliver only listings not delivered in earlier runs of the same search. |
| `proxyConfiguration` | proxy | Apify datacenter proxy by default. |

With no keyword and no link, the run searches the example `vintage levis` so you can see the output right away.

### Errors you may see

Error rows have `"type": "error"`, an `errorCode` and a message, and are **never charged**.

| errorCode | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| `INVALID_INPUT` | A filter value is not valid (for example a condition that does not exist) | Use the values listed in Input |
| `INVALID_URL` | The link is not a Depop search link | Paste a link like `https://www.depop.com/search/?q=nike` |
| `NO_RESULTS` | Depop has no listing for that search and filters | Use fewer filters or a broader keyword |
| `BLOCKED` | Depop refused every attempt for that search | Run again in a few minutes |
| `UNEXPECTED` | Something else stopped the run | Run again; the run never ends as FAILED |

### Integrations, scheduling and AI agents

- **Schedule** a search daily with `onlyNew` in [Apify schedules](https://docs.apify.com/platform/schedules) to get
  new listings and price drops for the brands and sizes you follow.
- **Export** as JSON, CSV, Excel or XML, or read the dataset from the [Apify API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2).
- **Connect** it to Make, n8n, Zapier or Google Sheets through
  [Apify integrations](https://docs.apify.com/platform/integrations), for example a Slack or Telegram message for each
  new listing under your target price.
- **AI agents:** call it as a tool through the [Apify MCP server](https://docs.apify.com/platform/integrations/mcp)
  in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client, for example "find 100 used Arc'teryx jackets on Depop UK and tell me
  the median price by condition".

### FAQ

**Do I need a Depop account?** No. The Actor reads the same public search the site shows to visitors.

**Which currency do prices come in?** The currency of the market you pick in `country`: USD for the US, GBP for the
UK, AUD for Australia, EUR for the European markets and so on.

**What is `price` versus `originalPrice`?** `price` is the item price today, without shipping. When the seller
dropped the price, `originalPrice` is the price before the drop, `isReduced` is true and `discountPercent` is set.

**Can I sort by newest or by price?** Depop's public search does not sort through this route, so the rows come in
Depop's relevance order. Use `priceMin`/`priceMax` for price bands and `onlyNew` on a schedule to catch new listings.

**What about the seller?** Only the public shop: username, id, verified badge and shop link. No real names, e-mails or
phone numbers; contact details written in descriptions are removed.

**How many listings can a search return?** Depop pages 48 listings at a time and the Actor follows the pages until
`maxItems` or the end of the search. Split very broad searches by price band or condition for more coverage.

**Is it fast?** In our test 60 listings with shop details took about 12 seconds; without shop details a search page of 48 listings takes about 1 second.

### Limitations

- Sold listings, likes, the listing date and shop reviews are not in the public search, so they are not in the rows.
- Filters by brand id, size id and category id are not offered; put the brand or item in the keyword instead.
- If Depop refuses the datacenter IPs, the run moves to residential IPs by itself and then skips the listing pages
  (no shop username) to keep the cost low. Every other field is still delivered.

### Changelog

- **16 Oct 2026:** first version: keyword and link search in 11 markets, price drops, shipping, sizes, photos,
  hashtags, public shop username, `onlyNew` for daily alerts.

# Actor input Schema

## `searchQueries` (type: `array`):

What to search on Depop, one per line, for example vintage levis, carhartt jacket or y2k top. Each keyword is one search. Leave empty when you paste search links below.

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Optional: Depop search links like https://www.depop.com/search/?q=nike, copied from the address bar. The keyword and the price, condition and gender filters in the link are used.

## `country` (type: `string`):

Which Depop market to search. Listings, prices and shipping come in that market's currency.

## `priceMin` (type: `integer`):

Lowest item price, in the market currency. Empty = no minimum.

## `priceMax` (type: `integer`):

Highest item price, in the market currency. Empty = no maximum.

## `conditions` (type: `array`):

Keep only these conditions. Empty = all.

## `gender` (type: `string`):

Womenswear, menswear or both.

## `kidsOnly` (type: `boolean`):

On: only kids' items.

## `onSaleOnly` (type: `boolean`):

On: only listings with a price drop (the row has the original price and the discount percent).

## `includeSellerDetails` (type: `boolean`):

On: opens each listing page for the public shop username, shop link and verified badge. Off: faster, every other field is still there.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Hard cap for the whole run, across all searches. 0 = no cap.

## `onlyNew` (type: `boolean`):

On: remembers the listings delivered in earlier runs of the same search (in your account) and delivers only listings not seen before. Skipped listings are free.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Apify datacenter proxy by default. If Depop refuses the datacenter IPs, the run switches to US residential IPs by itself (and skips the seller pages there to stay cheap).
