Monitor USAJOBS postings with defense and clearance-focused filtering. Designed for recurring sourcing and compliance workflows.

USAJOBS API requires these headers:

- `Host: data.usajobs.gov`
- `User-Agent: <email used for API key request>`
- `Authorization-Key: <USAJOBS API key>`
