Extract **every URL from any website's sitemap** as clean structured JSON, with last-modified dates, priority, and change frequency. Handles **sitemap indexes** (recursing into nested sitemaps) and **gzipped sitemaps** (`.xml.gz`) automatically — the parts most lazy sitemap scrapers get wrong.
