## BORME Spain: New Companies & Company Changes

Every weekday the **BORME (Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil)** publishes all acts registered in Spain's commercial registries. This Actor turns it into clean JSON: **new companies (constituciones)** with **start date, business purpose (objeto social), registered address (domicilio) and share capital**, plus company moves, capital increases, dissolutions, extinctions, mergers and insolvency.
