- Transport: curl\_cffi Chrome TLS impersonation, low concurrency (default 2, max 4), 1.5-4s jitter, exponential backoff on 403/429/5xx, session rotation on block or every N requests. RESIDENTIAL proxy is the default (Cloudflare).
- Cost-control: pre-flight caps, `_RunBudget` guard (compute cap + low-revenue "everything blocked" abort + hard record cap), demo-mode soft-fail, hardcoded PPE prices in sync with pay\_per\_event.json.
