Flat **$0.005 per MCP tool call** (`mcp_tool_call`). The upstream `building-permits-intel` actor charges its own pay-per-event prices (`permit_record` $0.005, `valuation_signal` $0.008, `contractor_enrichment` $0.010) directly to the same run, so total cost = $0.005 per tool call + upstream pass-through. A call that returns nothing costs only the tool-call fee.

### Agentic payments (x402 + Skyfire)

This server advertises an agentic-payment descriptor so an AI agent can pay per call with no pre-provisioned API token once the operator enables MCP monetization. Set `X402_ENABLED=1` + `X402_PAY_TO_ADDRESS` (USDC on Base) and/or `SKYFIRE_ENABLED=1` + `SKYFIRE_SELLER_ID` as actor env secrets. Off by default; calls through Apify always bill via standard PPE.
