## Changelog

### 0.1 - 2026-06-12 - Initial release

- Three modes: `profile_intel`, `posts_lookup`, `brand_monitor`.
- Public, logged-out X syndication surfaces only - no login, no cookies, no API key:
  - profile timeline (`syndication.twitter.com/srv/timeline-profile/screen-name/<handle>`, parsed from the `__NEXT_DATA__` blob) for profile fields + recent posts with full per-post metrics.
  - tweet-result (`cdn.syndication.twimg.com/tweet-result`) for single posts by id / status URL (partial metrics: likes + replies).
  - oEmbed (`publish.twitter.com/oembed`) as a metrics-less single-status fallback.
- Token derivation for tweet-result verified live against id 20 (the react-tweet base36 transform).
- Normalized `profile_record`, `post_record`, and `engagement_velocity_signal` schema.
- Engagement-velocity engine: average engagement, engagement-per-follower (per-mille), posts-per-week cadence, hours-since-last-post, newest-post likes-per-hour, and a momentum flag (newest > 2x median).
- Monitor mode (brand\_monitor under an Apify Schedule): per-handle KVStore baseline (`x-intel-baseline`) of follower count + last post id; delta digest with `new_post_count` and `follower_delta`, plus optional Slack webhook.
- Transport: curl\_cffi Chrome impersonation, low concurrency (default 2, max 4), jittered 1-3s delays, retry/backoff on 403/429/5xx, session rotation on a hard block; blocks become `fetch_error` records suggesting RESIDENTIAL proxy groups.
- Cost-control: pre-flight caps, `_RunBudget` guard (1200s compute cap, low-revenue abort, 1500-record hard cap), demo-mode soft-fail, hardcoded PPE prices.
- Honest scope: roughly the 20 most recent posts per profile that the public surface exposes - an intel tool, not a firehose.
- Logged-out, public-data-only posture; PII minimized to what X shows publicly; not affiliated with X.
