## Public ATS Hiring Signals Monitor

Monitor public company job boards and turn open roles into normalized hiring signals. The Actor reads known public endpoints for Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, and Recruitee, then exports jobs with company, role, location, remote hints, inferred seniority, skills, and source health.

### What it returns

- one row per public job with `jobId`, `companyName`, `provider`, title, department, location, employment type, apply URL, job URL, and detected time
- `remote`, `hybrid`, `seniority`, `roleFamily`, and `skills` inferred from title, location, and description text
- `hiringSignal` and `rankScore` for sorting teams that are actively hiring in a category
- `SUMMARY.sourceHealth` grouped by provider and board, including HTTP status, fetched counts, returned counts, and errors
- optional `newOnly` state for daily or weekly monitoring

### Inputs

- `boardUrls`: best option when you already know the public careers URL
- `companySlugs`: ATS slugs such as `stripe` or `openai`
- `atsProviders`: providers to try for slugs
- `keyword`, `location`, `department`, `remoteOnly`: filters for focused monitoring
- `maxItems`, `newOnly`, `stateKey`, `resetSeen`: output and state controls

### Provider notes

Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby have stable public JSON endpoints. Workable and Recruitee availability varies by board; when a board rejects public JSON access, the Actor records that in `SUMMARY.sourceHealth` and continues with the remaining boards.
