## What's an Apify Actor?

Actors are web data automations that power AI and operations. They run on the Apify platform to scrape websites, process data, connect APIs, and automate workflows.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.
Actors are written with capital "A".

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.
The best way to integrate Actors is as follows.

- **AI agents and MCP clients** — the [Apify MCP server](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/mcp.md) at `https://mcp.apify.com` (remote, streamable HTTP, OAuth on first use).
- **Agentic workflows and local Actor development** — [Agent Skills](https://apify.com/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json) with the [Apify CLI](https://docs.apify.com/cli/docs.md): `npm install -g apify-cli`, then `apify login`.
- **JavaScript/TypeScript projects** — the official [JS/TS client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md): `npm install apify-client`.
- **Python projects** — the official [Python client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md): `pip install apify-client`.
- **Any other language** — the [REST API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2.md).

For usage examples, see the [API](#api) section below.

#### 🎉 The complete advert text, the expensas and the agency arrive on the search row, before you pay for a second request

##### Built for property investors, inmobiliarias, proptech teams and market researchers who need Argentine real-estate data in dollars **and** pesos, for sale, for rent and for short-let, plus the emprendimientos that no other Argenprop scraper returns as a row.

### 🔎 What is the Argenprop Argentina Property Scraper — and when should you use it?

The **Argenprop Argentina Property Scraper** turns public Argenprop.com property adverts, new developments and prices from anywhere in Argentina into clean, structured rows you can filter, export and feed straight into a spreadsheet, database or AI agent. No account, no portal API key, no browser automation to maintain.

**Use it when you need:** Argentine sale, rental and short-let adverts as rows. Each carries the asking price or monthly rent in the currency the advert was written in, expensas as its own number, USD price per square metre, covered and total area, ambientes and bedrooms as separate counts, age, street address and barrio. The complete advert text comes on the result row, not behind a second request, and every row names the inmobiliaria and its Argenprop ID. Open the advert itself and you also get map coordinates, the structured spec sheet, the agency's own reference code and the building record: floors, building type, condition, parking and shared amenities. A third record type returns new-development projects with their delivery date, build stage, starting price, unit count and financing terms.

**Use something else when:** the property is on Zonaprop rather than Argenprop, or is outside Argentina. Use [Zonaprop Scraper](https://apify.com/sian.agency/zonaprop-property-scraper?fpr=sian) for the other big Argentine portal, which holds mostly different adverts — a barrio enumerated on both returned 138 here against 76 there, with 21 shared. Use [Inmuebles24 Scraper](https://apify.com/sian.agency/inmuebles24-property-scraper?fpr=sian) for Mexico, with the same sale-and-rent row shape. Use [VivaReal Scraper](https://apify.com/sian.agency/vivareal-property-scraper?fpr=sian) for Brazil, for regional comparison across Latin America. This actor covers what Argenprop publishes on its own pages: departamentos, casas, PH, terrenos, locales, oficinas, cocheras, galpones, campos, hoteles, fondos de comercio and negocios especiales, each for sale, to rent or as a short-let, plus the separate emprendimientos index of new developments. Two things the portal simply does not publish, and which therefore cannot be returned by anything reading it: a complete advertiser phone number (the page carries only the first seven digits of ten) and any price history. Sold prices are not published in Argentina at all. Coordinates exist on advert and project pages but not on result cards, so a plain search returns none.

### 🤖 Use with AI agents

Already connected to the [Apify MCP server](https://mcp.apify.com)? Just ask for this Actor by name: sian.agency/argenprop-property-scraper

**Your agent can pay for its own runs.** This Actor is eligible for [agentic payments](https://docs.apify.com/platform/actors/publishing/monetize), so an agent can discover it, run it and settle the bill over [x402](https://www.x402.org/) (USDC on Base) or [Skyfire](https://www.skyfire.xyz/) — without an Apify account or API token of its own. Billing is the same either way: per successful row, never for errors.

Otherwise copy this prompt into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP-enabled assistant:

```text
I want property adverts, asking prices, new-development projects and agency data from Argenprop.com using the Apify Actor `sian.agency/argenprop-property-scraper`.
Use it when I need: Argentine sale, rental and short-let adverts as rows. Each carries the asking price or monthly rent in the currency the advert was written in, expensas as its own number, USD price per square metre, covered and total area, ambientes and bedrooms as separate counts, age, street address and barrio. The complete advert text comes on the result row, not behind a second request, and every row names the inmobiliaria and its Argenprop ID. Open the advert itself and you also get map coordinates, the structured spec sheet, the agency's own reference code and the building record: floors, building type, condition, parking and shared amenities. A third record type returns new-development projects with their delivery date, build stage, starting price, unit count and financing terms.
Don't use it when: the property is on Zonaprop rather than Argenprop, or is outside Argentina — use zonaprop-property-scraper or inmuebles24-property-scraper or vivareal-property-scraper instead.
How to call it: leave `operation` on `search` for adverts, or set it to `development` for new-build projects or `detail` to expand adverts you already have. For a search, set `operationType` to `venta`, `alquiler` or `alquiler-temporal`. Then pick a `propertyType`: `departamentos`, `casas`, `ph`, `terrenos`, `locales`, `oficinas`, `cocheras`, `galpones`, `campos`, `hoteles`, `fondo-comercio` or `negocios-especiales`. Then give `locations` a list of Argenprop's own place slugs. That can be `argentina` for the whole country, or `capital-federal`, or the Gran Buenos Aires belts `zona-norte`, `zona-oeste` and `zona-sur`. It can also be a city such as `rosario`, `cordoba` or `mar-del-plata`, a partido such as `tigre` or `pilar`, or any of the 54 CABA barrios such as `palermo`, `belgrano` and `recoleta`. Narrow with `rooms`, which runs from `monoambiente` to `5-o-mas`, and with a `priceMin`/`priceMax` band written in `priceCurrency` `dolares` or `pesos`. `condition` keeps only brand-new adverts and `ownerDirect` keeps only the ones placed by the owner rather than an agency. `amenities` demands must-have features such as `instalacionespileta`, `gimnasio`, `parrilla` or `permitemascotas`. Every one of those goes to Argenprop's own filter, so anything excluded is never saved and never billed. A price band needs BOTH bounds, because Argenprop ignores a one-sided one, and it filters rather than converts, so a dollar band excludes peso adverts entirely. `sortBy` decides which adverts you get when `maxResults` bites; `masnuevos` is the one for a change feed. `maxResults` tops out at 1980 because Argenprop stops serving result pages after page 99. When a search is bigger than that, narrow it by barrio or price band and run the pieces separately. `fullDetails` opens each advert for its coordinates, spec sheet and building record, at an extra charge per advert. For adverts you already have, set `operation` to `detail` and pass `listingUrls`. To reach a sub-barrio, a map area or one of Argenprop's country sections outside Argentina, paste its address into `searchUrls`.
Start with this input:
{
  "operation": "search",
  "operationType": "venta",
  "propertyType": "departamentos",
  "locations": [
    "palermo"
  ],
  "rooms": "3",
  "priceMin": 150000,
  "priceMax": 300000,
  "priceCurrency": "dolares",
  "maxResults": 100
}
Ask me which places to cover, whether they want adverts for sale, to rent or as short-lets, and whether the coordinates, spec sheet and building record are worth the extra per-advert charge, then run the Actor and summarise the results as a table.
```

**Things you can ask your agent for:**

- *Find three-ambiente flats for sale in Palermo under USD 250,000 and rank them by price per square metre.*
- *Pull every new-development project in Capital Federal that delivers before 2028 and offers financing.*
- *Compare asking rents in Belgrano and Núñez this week, in pesos, and show which barrio moved.*

### 📋 Overview

**Pull adverts from Argenprop as clean JSON or CSV.** It is one of Argentina's two big property portals, and this reads all of it: *venta*, *alquiler* and *alquiler temporal*. Coverage runs from the 54 CABA barrios out through Gran Buenos Aires, Rosario, Santa Fe, Córdoba, Mendoza, the Costa Atlántica and Patagonia. Argentine prices are quoted in two currencies at once, so every row carries the currency the advert was written in. A rental sample in Palermo came back 16 peso adverts to 4 dollar ones. Nothing here assumes dollars.

**Why investors and inmobiliarias choose us:**

- 📖 **The whole advert on the search row**: Argenprop puts the complete advert text on its result cards, and so do we. On most portals that costs a second request.
- 🏗️ **Emprendimientos as real rows**: new-development projects with a delivery date, a build stage, a starting price, the unit count and whether the developer offers financing. No other Argenprop scraper returns this record.
- 🏢 **The building as well as the flat**: floors, building type, condition, age, parking and the shared-amenity list, so comparables can be grouped by building.
- 💱 **Dollars and pesos kept apart**: the advert's own currency sits next to the number, expensas are their own field, and USD price-per-m² is computed only when the price really is in dollars.
- 🎯 **Filters that were checked twice**: each one had to move Argenprop's own result count *and* change the rows coming back. The ones that did neither were dropped instead of shipped.
- 🆓 **Free to try**: up to 25 rows per run, no credit card.

### ✨ Features

- 🔍 **Property Search**: a full record per advert straight from the result page: price, currency, expensas, address, barrio, m², ambientes, bedrooms, age, agency and the complete advert text
- 📄 **Property Detail**: map coordinates, the structured spec sheet (toilettes, cocheras, disposición, orientación, view, balcony type, mortgage eligibility), the room, fitting and service lists, and the building record
- 🏗️ **New Developments**: Argenprop's separate emprendimientos index, with project name, starting price, delivery date, build stage, financing, units, units per floor, lifts and parking
- 📍 **Places or pasted links**: pick from the country, the Gran Buenos Aires belts, cities, partidos and CABA barrios, or paste any Argenprop result-page address and it is read exactly as given
- 🎚️ **Real filters**: ambientes, a price band in dollars *or* pesos, brand-new only, owner-listed only, and twenty amenity filters covering pool, gym, pets and mortgage eligibility
- 📐 **Analysis-ready**: covered and total m², USD price-per-m², coordinates on detail rows, and the search address that produced each row
- 🏢 **Agency built in**: the name, the Argenprop ID and the profile address on every row, plus the agency's own reference code on detail rows
- ↕️ **Sort control**: Argenprop's own ranking, cheapest first, most expensive first, or newest first for a change feed
- 📤 **Clean exports**: JSON, CSV, Excel, or the full REST API

### 🎬 Quick Start

Pick a record type, choose a place, set the deal type and run. Results stream to the Apify dataset as clean JSON/CSV.

```bash
curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/sian.agency~argenprop-property-scraper/runs?token=YOUR_TOKEN" \
-H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
-d '{"operation":"search","operationType":"venta","propertyType":"departamentos","locations":["palermo"],"maxResults":50}'
```

### 🚀 Getting Started (3 Simple Steps)

#### Step 1: Pick what to collect

**Property Search** for adverts, **Property Detail** for the spec sheet and building record of adverts you name, or **New Developments** for emprendimientos projects.

#### Step 2: Say where

Choose one or more places — `palermo`, `capital-federal`, `rosario`, `argentina` — or paste an Argenprop result-page link you already built on the site.

#### Step 3: Narrow it and run

Set the deal type, the property type, an optional price band and any must-have amenities, then hit **Start**.

**That's it! In under a minute, you'll have:**

- A clean dataset of Argentine property adverts (JSON / CSV / Excel)
- Price and currency, expensas, m², ambientes, bedrooms, address, barrio, agency and the full advert text on every row
- A repeatable, no-code Argentine real-estate feed you can schedule

### 💼 Use Cases & Examples

#### 1. A complete Argentine market panel, not half of one

**Analysts and proptech teams building a national price index.**

**Input:** `argentina` or a list of barrios, `venta`, `departamentos`, a high `maxResults`.
**Output:** every advert with price, currency, expensas, m², ambientes and age.
**Use:** run this alongside the Zonaprop Scraper and match on street plus price. One barrio sampled on both portals gave 138 adverts here against 76 there, with 21 shared. A panel built on either portal alone is missing most of the market.

#### 2. Price index and valuation models with the currency split intact

**Quants and valuation teams.**

**Input:** a barrio list, weekly schedule, `sortBy: "masnuevos"`.
**Output:** asking price, its currency, expensas, covered and total m², ambientes, bedrooms, age.
**Use:** the panel a hedonic model needs, without a conversion quietly flattening the dollar/peso split that drives Argentine pricing.

#### 3. New-development pipeline tracking

**Developers, lenders and land buyers.**

**Input:** `operation: "development"`, `locations: ["capital-federal"]`.
**Output:** project name, starting price, delivery date, build stage, unit count, units per floor, lifts, parking, financing.
**Use:** see supply months before any of those units appears as an advert, and spot which developers are offering financing this quarter.

#### 4. Building-level comparables

**Appraisers and investment analysts.**

**Input:** `operation: "detail"` on a list of adverts, or `fullDetails: true` on a search.
**Output:** floors, building type, condition, age, parking and the shared-amenity list, plus coordinates.
**Use:** group a list of flats into a list of buildings, which is what a comparables model actually wants.

#### 5. Agency and territory analysis

**Brokerage leadership and proptech sales teams.**

**Input:** a barrio sweep with a high `maxResults`.
**Output:** agency name, Argenprop ID, profile address, and the agency's own reference code on detail rows.
**Use:** see who owns which barrio, how their asking prices sit against the neighbourhood, and how fast their stock turns over.

#### 6. Deal alerts and buyer lead feeds

**Investors and buyer's agents.**

**Input:** `sortBy: "masnuevos"`, a price ceiling, a barrio, on a schedule.
**Output:** only what appeared since the last run, advert text already on the row.
**Use:** a deal alert that an LLM can read and score without a second request.

#### 7. Rental yield modelling

**Landlords and build-to-rent operators.**

**Input:** two runs — `venta` and `alquiler` — over the same barrios.
**Output:** asking prices and monthly rents, each in its own currency, with expensas separate.
**Use:** gross yield by barrio and by unit size, with the expensas load visible rather than buried in the headline number.

### 🔗 Integration Examples

#### JavaScript/Node.js

```javascript
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
const client = new ApifyClient({ token: 'YOUR_TOKEN' });
const run = await client.actor('sian.agency/argenprop-property-scraper').call({
  operation: 'search',
  operationType: 'venta',
  propertyType: 'departamentos',
  locations: ['palermo'],
  maxResults: 100,
});
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
console.log(items[0]);
```

#### Python

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient('YOUR_TOKEN')
run = client.actor('sian.agency/argenprop-property-scraper').call(
    run_input={
        'operation': 'search',
        'operationType': 'alquiler',
        'propertyType': 'departamentos',
        'locations': ['belgrano', 'nunez'],
        'maxResults': 100,
    }
)
for item in client.dataset(run['defaultDatasetId']).iterate_items():
    print(item['address'], item['price'], item['currency'])
```

#### cURL

```bash
curl -X POST 'https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/sian.agency~argenprop-property-scraper/runs?token=YOUR_TOKEN' \
-H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
-d '{"operation":"development","locations":["capital-federal"],"maxResults":50}'
```

#### Automation Workflows (N8N / Zapier / Make)

1. **Trigger**: a schedule, or a webhook from your own system
2. **HTTP Request**: start a run and wait for the dataset
3. **Process**: filter on `pricePerM2Usd`, `neighbourhood` or `deliveryDate`
4. **Action**: append to a sheet, upsert to a database, or post an alert

### 📊 Performance & Pricing

#### FREE Tier (Try It Now)

- **25 rows** per run, with every feature and every field
- No credit card required
- Enough to see the schema and prove the fit

#### PAID Tier (Production Ready)

- **Unlimited** rows per run, up to 1,980 per search address
- Pay-per-result: only charged for rows actually returned
- An advert that has been taken down, a search that matched nothing, and any address we could not read all cost nothing

💰 **Priced per record type.** A project record is not a search row, so adverts, spec sheets and development projects are billed separately. A plain market sweep never pays for depth it did not ask for.

### ❓ Frequently Asked Questions

**Q: Is this the same data as the Zonaprop Scraper?**
A: No, and it was measured rather than assumed. The two portals run different applications with different advert-number spaces. An Argenprop number returns 404 on Zonaprop, and a Zonaprop number returns 410 on Argenprop. Enumerating one whole CABA barrio on both gave 138 Argenprop adverts against 76 Zonaprop ones, with 21 in common. Agencies do cross-post, so overlap exists, but the two are complements.

**Q: Does it cover rentals as well as sales?**
A: Sales, rentals and short-lets, each probed separately. Rents land on the same price field as asking prices, in the currency the advert used, so there is no separate rent field to miss.

**Q: What does *ambientes* mean, and why is it different from bedrooms?**
A: In Argentina an *ambiente* is a habitable room including the living room, so a 3-ambientes flat is usually two bedrooms plus a living room. Both numbers are on every row, taken from separate places in the advert, so you never have to derive one from the other.

**Q: Do rows include map coordinates?**
A: Detail and development rows do; search rows do not. Argenprop puts latitude and longitude on the advert page and the project page but not on result cards, so coordinates are one of the things the detail request buys you.

**Q: How many adverts can one search return?**
A: Up to 1,980. Argenprop serves 20 adverts a page and stops answering after page 99. That was measured, not inferred. If a search has more than that, narrow it: a barrio instead of the city, a price band, or a room count, run separately.

**Q: Do I get the full advert text without paying for a detail row?**
A: Yes. Argenprop puts the complete text on the result card, so a search row already carries it. Detail is for what the card has no room for: coordinates, the structured spec sheet and the building record.

**Q: Are the advertiser's phone numbers included?**
A: No. Argenprop publishes only the first seven digits of a ten-digit number, so there is no complete number to return and none is claimed. The agency name, its Argenprop ID and its profile address are on every row instead.

**Q: Which filters actually work?**
A: Only the ones that survived a double check. Each had to move Argenprop's own result count, and the rows coming back had to satisfy it. Several plausible-looking parameters did neither and were dropped rather than shipped as controls that quietly do nothing.

**Q: Does it cover Uruguay?**
A: Argenprop runs country sections outside Argentina, and the Uruguay one held 9,425 flats for sale when it was checked. Paste that section's address into **Search URLs** and it is read exactly as given. The Places picker covers Argentina.

**Q: What output formats are available?**
A: JSON, CSV, Excel — export straight from the Apify dataset, or read it over the REST API.

### 🐛 Troubleshooting

**A run returned no rows**

- The filters were too narrow for the place. Drop the price band or the amenity list, or pick a larger place.
- Check the deal type: a property type that Argenprop only publishes for sale returns nothing under *alquiler*.

**A price band changed nothing**

- A band needs **both** a minimum and a maximum. A one-sided band is ignored, and the run says so in the log.
- The band filters in one currency and does not convert, so a dollar band excludes peso adverts entirely.

**Fewer rows than the site's own count**

- Argenprop stops serving result pages after page 99, so at most 1,980 adverts are reachable from one search address. Narrow the search and run the pieces separately.

**An advert came back as an error row**

- It has probably been taken down. You were not charged for it; re-run the barrio search to pick up its live replacements.

**A run says the site did not answer**

- Argenprop was not responding when the run happened. Try again in a few minutes; failed items are never charged.

Our actors are ethical and do not extract any private user data, such as email addresses, gender, or location. They only extract what the user has chosen to share publicly. We therefore believe that our actors, when used for ethical purposes by Apify users, are safe.

However, you should be aware that your results could contain personal data. Personal data is protected by the **GDPR** in the European Union and by other regulations around the world. You should not scrape personal data unless you have a legitimate reason to do so. If you're unsure whether your reason is legitimate, consult your lawyers.

# Actor input Schema

## `operation` (type: `string`):

One per run. Property Search walks Argenprop's result pages and returns a full record per advert, advert text included. Property Detail opens the adverts you list under Listing URLs and adds the structured room, fitting and service lists plus the building record. New Developments reads the separate emprendimientos section and returns one row per project.

## `operationType` (type: `string`):

Which side of the market to read. Argenprop keeps the three in separate result pages, so a run returns one of them. Prices are quoted in US dollars on most sales and in Argentine pesos on most rents — a Palermo rental page sampled on 2026-09-09 was 16 peso adverts to 4 dollar ones — so every row carries the currency the advert was written in and never assumes one. Ignored for New Developments, which Argenprop publishes as a single section, and ignored when you paste your own Search URLs.

## `propertyType` (type: `string`):

Which section of Argenprop to read. The nationwide count above is Argenprop's own total for flats for sale, measured 2026-09-09. Ignored for New Developments and when you paste your own Search URLs.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Which parts of Argentina to read. Every value is one of Argenprop's own place slugs — the country, the Gran Buenos Aires belts, a city, a partido or one of the 54 CABA barrios — and they all sit at the same level in the address, so `palermo` and `rosario` are used the same way. Places are read one after another and the cap applies per place. For anything narrower, such as the sub-barrio `palermo-soho`, paste that page's address into Search URLs. Counts are Argenprop's own, measured 2026-09-09.

## `searchUrls` (type: `array`):

Paste Argenprop result-page addresses to read them exactly as given — the fastest way to reproduce a search you already built on the site, including sub-barrios, map areas and the adverts Argentine agencies place in Uruguay, Brazil, Paraguay, Spain, the United States and the UAE. When this is filled, the deal type, property type, places and every filter below are ignored, because the address already carries them.

## `listingUrls` (type: `array`):

Argenprop advert addresses to open one at a time for Property Detail, in the form https://www.argenprop.com/departamento-en-venta-en-palermo-3-ambientes--20184538. Required when the operation is Property Detail and ignored otherwise.

## `fullDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Off by default. When on, Property Search opens each advert it found and adds the structured room, fitting and service lists, the layout, orientation, view and balcony type, the mortgage-eligibility flag, the agency's own reference code and the building record. That is one extra page request per advert, so a run takes longer and each enriched advert is charged as a Property Detail on top of the search row. Leave it off when the card record is enough — the card already carries the complete…

## `maxResults` (type: `integer`):

How many rows to return for each place or search address. Argenprop serves 20 adverts per result page and stops answering after page 99, so 1,980 is the hard ceiling one search address can reach — measured 2026-09-09, page 99 returned 20 cards and page 100 answered the edge challenge on every retry. To go past it, narrow the search: pick a barrio instead of the city, add a price band, or add a room count, and run those separately.

## `rooms` (type: `string`):

Argentine adverts count ambientes, not bedrooms: the living room counts as one. A 3-ambientes flat is normally two bedrooms plus a living room, and that is exactly what the site returns — of 20 rows sampled from the 3-ambientes page on 2026-09-09, every one was labelled 3 ambientes and carried 2 bedrooms. Both numbers are on every row, so filter on whichever your model uses.

## `priceMin` (type: `integer`):

Lowest price to include, in the currency chosen below. Leave both bounds at 0 for no price filter. Argenprop applies the band in the currency you pick and does not convert, so a dollar band returns only dollar adverts and a peso band only peso ones — a 100,000-200,000 dollar band on Palermo flats for sale cut the count from 11,278 to 5,047 and all 20 sampled rows were dollar-priced inside the band.

## `priceMax` (type: `integer`):

Highest price to include, in the currency chosen below. Leave both bounds at 0 for no price filter. A band needs both bounds — Argenprop's price filter is a range in its address, so a lower bound on its own is ignored.

## `priceCurrency` (type: `string`):

Which currency the price band above is written in. This filters, it does not convert: adverts priced in the other currency are excluded from the result set entirely. Sales are usually in dollars and rents usually in pesos. Ignored when both bounds are 0.

## `condition` (type: `boolean`):

Restrict to adverts Argenprop marks as a estrenar — never lived in, including units still under construction. On Palermo flats for sale this cut the count from 11,278 to 3,650, and 19 of the 20 sampled rows carried an age of 'A Estrenar' or 'En pozo'.

## `ownerDirect` (type: `boolean`):

Restrict to adverts placed by the owner rather than an agency — the dueño directo pages. This is a small slice: 6 of 11,278 Palermo flats for sale on 2026-09-09. Useful for finding sellers who have not signed with an agency yet, not for building a market sample.

## `amenities` (type: `array`):

Only return adverts carrying every feature listed. These are Argenprop's own amenity filters, and they narrow hard — requiring a pool cut Palermo flats for sale from 11,278 to 835. Each value is passed to the site as its own filter, so several together are combined with AND.

## `sortBy` (type: `string`):

How Argenprop orders the result pages before the cap is applied. It changes which rows you get when the cap bites, not how many exist. Newest first is the one to use for a change feed; cheapest first pairs well with a price ceiling.
