#### 🔧 Reliability

- **Search results are being served again** - Aruodas changed how it screens incoming requests on 8 September and began turning our search requests away, so runs were finishing with no properties and a "please retry" note instead. The way pages are requested has been reworked around what the portal now accepts, re-measured against the live site, and a bare run returns full pages of properties again.
- **Full listing detail is still refused by the portal** - Individual advert pages have been closed to us since 6 September, and re-testing on 8 September confirmed it. Leave `Full listing detail` off for now: results-page data is unaffected, and a row whose advert page could not be read is never charged for detail.

#### 🎉 Aruodas Scraper - Launch!

- **Lithuanian property search, nationwide** - Every live advert on Aruodas.lt for sale or to rent, from a single town up to the whole country, at 25 properties per results page. Around 7,600 apartments are advertised for sale nationwide, and Vilnius apartments alone run to 118 results pages.
- **48 cities and towns, plus All Lithuania** - Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys and 43 more, several at once if you want them, with the town stamped on every row.
- **Six property classes** - Apartments, houses, homesteads, commercial premises, land plots, and garages and parking. Land and garages are advertised for sale only, and asking for them to rent is refused before anything is charged.
- **12 filters applied at source** - Price, price per square metre, floor area, rooms, floor and construction year as bounded ranges, plus a recency window from 24 hours to 30 days and five sort orders.
- **Full listing detail on demand** - The advertiser's name and phone number, the full advert text, the energy class, the building type, the window orientation, map coordinates and the complete photo set. A new-build advert commonly carries around 28 photos where its results row carries 4.
- **Paste an Aruodas search link** - Set the filters on the site, copy the address bar, and the Actor reads that search and pages through it.
- **45 flat fields** - Asking price and price per square metre, size in square metres, plot size in ares, rooms, floor and floors in the building, construction year, heating, finish, district, street and the new-build flag. Export as JSON, CSV or Excel.
