#### 🎉 Batdongsan Scraper — Launch!

Vietnam's largest property portal, read as structured rows.

- **🇻🇳 Every province, both halves of the market** covering for sale (nhà đất bán) and for rent (nhà đất cho thuê), across fifteen property categories.
- **💰 Prices as numbers** so "4,99 tỷ" comes back as 4990000000 VND and "15 triệu/tháng" as 15000000 a month, with the original text kept beside it.
- **💲 Dollars alongside dong** from one exchange-rate read per run, stamped on every row so a figure can be checked later.
- **🧑‍💼 The agent on every advert** with name, Batdongsan ID, public profile link and professional certification, straight off the search page.
- **✅ Verified badge and promotion tier** so you can see which adverts Batdongsan has checked, and who is paying for placement.
- **📅 The exact posted date**, not a relative label.
- **🎛️ The site's own filters** with fourteen price bands and ten area bands, taken from the bands Batdongsan publishes.
- **🔗 Paste any Batdongsan search URL** and it is followed exactly as written, so district, street, project and bedroom filters all work.
- **🚦 A wrong province stops the run** instead of quietly returning the whole country and billing you for it.
- **📄 An HTML run report** with the money spent, itemised, and a fix for anything that did not come back.
