#### 🐛 Fixed — officetel and one/two-room areas (1.0.12)

- **Supply area is only reported when Dabang has one.** The area on a listing card is the supply area for apartments but the exclusive area for one/two-rooms and officetels; those rows previously showed the exclusive area as `supply_area_m2`. It now goes to `area_m2`, and officetels (which have no supply area on Dabang) return `supply_area_m2` as empty.
- **New `contract_area_m2`** — the contract area (계약면적) officetels publish instead of a supply area.

#### 🐛 Fixed — incomplete Detail rows are now visible (1.0.11)

- **Every row says whether it is complete** — the new `missingSources` field lists any lookup that failed for that listing (`detail`, `location`, `subway`); an empty list means a complete observation. A listing with no subway station nearby is complete, not missing.
- **The run summary counts incomplete rows** — `SUMMARY.failed` now includes rows delivered with a failed location or subway lookup (also reported separately as `partial`), so `failed: 0` means every row is complete.
- **Agent details filled in** — `agent_name`, `agent_id` and `agent_phone` are now returned in Detail mode; they were previously always empty.

#### 🐛 Fixed — Detail mode returned empty enrichment

- **Detail now returns the full listing** — exclusive and supply area, room and bathroom count, floor and total floors, the complete listing description (including LH and pet conditions where the agent wrote them), options, move-in date, exact location and nearest subway. Previously these fields came back empty.
- **Much faster Detail runs** — each listing now takes about a second instead of 30+ seconds.
- **Fair billing** — a listing is only charged the Detail price when its detail was actually fetched; otherwise it is returned at the Overview price.
- **Overview rows now include floor, supply area and maintenance fee** from the listing card.
- **Run completion record** — every run now saves a `SUMMARY` record in its key-value store with the number of listings extracted and the number of requests that failed, so you can tell a complete result from a partial one without reading the log. A listing whose detail could not be fetched counts as failed.

#### 🔧 Fixed — upstream filter-schema change (apt/officetel empty results)

- **Apartment & officetel searches are back** — Dabang's listing API now requires category-specific filter fields (sale-price range, household count, parking capacity, lease-transfer flag, room-count list) that older requests omitted, so those searches silently returned nothing. The actor now sends the exact filter shape the live Dabang web app sends, per category.
- **Zoomed-out search URLs fixed** — captured map URLs with a low zoom level are now automatically raised to the API's minimum supported zoom instead of failing silently.
- **Clearer failures** — when Dabang refuses a search, the run now ends as **Failed** and the log shows Dabang's own reason, instead of finishing "Succeeded" with 0 results. A Succeeded run with 0 results now always means the area genuinely has no matching listings.
- **Search-URL runs report the right category** — an apartment or officetel search URL is now labelled as such in the log and in each result's metadata.
