#### 📍 All 565 FazWaz locations, picked from a list

- **Locations is now a searchable list instead of a free-text box** — all 70 regions, 247 districts and 248 sub-districts FazWaz publishes, shown by name (*Pattaya (Chon Buri)*, *Koh Samui (Surat Thani)*, *Patong (Kathu, Phuket)*). Typing a place FazWaz doesn't have is no longer possible.
- **Pattaya, Koh Samui, Hua Hin and 244 other districts now work.** They are districts on FazWaz, not regions, so they had to be written `chon-buri/pattaya` — the old examples suggested the bare name, which returned nothing. Pick them from the list and it is handled for you.

#### 🏘️ 18 property types, commercial included

- **Hotel, office, retail space, restaurant, bar, warehouse, industrial, whole building, serviced apartment, shophouse and private island** join the existing residential types. Commercial property on FazWaz was previously unreachable.

#### 📄 A run report worth opening

- **Fixed: scans finishing with zero listings on regions that clearly have inventory.** A page-health check was reading healthy FazWaz pages as blocked and discarding them, so runs ended with an empty dataset and no explanation. Region, search-URL and detail scans all return their full set of listings again.

#### ✋ A region name FazWaz doesn't have now says so

- **A run that asks for a region FazWaz has no page for now ends with a clear message naming it**, instead of finishing "successfully" with nothing. Neighbourhood names such as `ekkamai` or `thonglor` are not FazWaz regions — use the region (`bangkok`, `phuket`, `chiang-mai`, `pattaya`), or set **Search mode** to *bySearchUrl* and paste a FazWaz search link, which works for any neighbourhood.

#### 🛡 A run that reaches nothing now fails instead of looking empty

- **If not one page could be retrieved, the run now ends with an error** rather than reporting an empty result set. An empty dataset used to be indistinguishable from a search that genuinely had no matches. A search that really has no matches still finishes clean.

#### ♻️ Pages retry down a second route before being given up on

- **A page that keeps failing is now retried on an independent route** before the run gives up on it, so a temporary problem on one network path no longer costs you the listings behind it.

- **Fixed: fast Overview scans coming back with zero listings** — a change on the FazWaz site had left region and search-URL scans finishing with an empty dataset. They return their full set of listings again, with every field they carried before.

- **A run that cannot bring back any listings now ends with a clear error** instead of finishing "successfully" with an empty dataset — so a broken run is obvious straight away and can be retried, rather than being mistaken for a search with no matches. A search that genuinely has no matches still finishes clean.

- **Overview mode now returns up to 5 photos per listing** (previously a single thumbnail) — the preview images shown on the results page, at the best resolution available, at no extra cost and no extra time. Detail mode still returns the full-resolution gallery.

- **Detail rows carry the listing price again** — a FazWaz markup change had emptied `price`/`price_thb`/`price_usd` (and the canonical `url`) on every Detail record. Fixed for sale and rent.

#### 🛡 No more stuck runs

- **A hard per-page watchdog now converts a frozen page fetch into a normal failure** — rare proxy stalls could previously freeze a Detail run until its timeout. Failed pages are retried, and the existing fail-fast breaker ends genuinely broken runs early.
