Turns any Spanish place name into Fotocasa property listings. Two operations. **Property Search**
takes a place, or a pasted Fotocasa search URL, and returns listings. **Agency Listings** takes a
Fotocasa agency page and returns that agency's whole portfolio.

#### ✨ Features

- Place-name input, resolved against Fotocasa's own location index: `Madrid`, `Málaga`,
  `Palma de Mallorca`, `Barrio de Salamanca`. No search URL to build first.
- All five markets Fotocasa runs: for sale, for rent, room share, business transfer and rent to own.
  Or `all` to take every market in one pass.
- Seven property types: homes, garages, land, commercial premises, offices, storage rooms and whole
  buildings, plus Everything, which is the default.
- Filters for price band, minimum bedrooms and bathrooms, size band and new construction, with four
  sort orders.
- Multi-place runs: several places in one job, one dataset.
- 38 fields per listing, including price per square metre computed from price and built area.
- The listing agency's name, phone number and Fotocasa profile on every row, at no extra charge.
- The advertiser's full Spanish description, untrimmed and untranslated.
- Every photo on the listing, typically 20 to 30 per property.
- GPS coordinates and postcode on every row.
