First public release. Scrapes Immoweb.be property listings across Belgium, for sale and for rent,
with an optional per-listing enrichment pass that adds the EPC certificate, the cadastral income
and the publishing agency's contact details.

#### Added

- **Property Search**: listings for any Belgian location, returned 30 to a request. Twelve property
  sections — houses, apartments, both together, villas, apartment blocks, building land, garages,
  offices, business premises, industrial buildings and the two new-build project sections.
- **Property Detail**: paste listing URLs or bare listing IDs and get the full record back, with no
  search needed first.
- **Locations by name**: `Brussels`, `Ghent`, `Liège` or a 4-digit postal code such as `1000`. Each
  entry is resolved against Immoweb's own location index at run time, so a locality added tomorrow
  works tomorrow and nothing is hard-coded.
- **Add full details**: an enrichment switch on the search operation that adds the description, the
  EPC label with its kWh/m²/year and certificate reference, the Flemish renovation-obligation flag,
  the cadastral income, construction year, condition, facade count, heating and kitchen type,
  garden and terrace surfaces, flood-zone status, the full photo gallery, and the agency's phone,
  email, website and IPI/BIV number. Billed per enriched row, so it costs nothing when it is off.
- **Filters**: price band, minimum bedrooms, minimum living area, minimum plot size, EPC label set,
  building condition, garden, terrace, swimming pool and new-build only.
- **Search URL mode**: paste any immoweb.be search address and every filter in it is honoured,
  including facets the input form does not expose.
- **Three languages**: English, Dutch and French label and price formatting.
- **Sort orders**: newest, relevance, cheapest, most expensive and postal code.

#### Notes

- Immoweb serves at most 9,990 listings per search — 333 pages of 30 — and answers page 334 with an
  error. A wider dataset comes from splitting the search by postal code, price band or property
  type, not from paging deeper. The run log prints how many of the matching listings are reachable.
- A location that cannot be resolved stops that target with a clear message and an error row rather
  than falling through to a nationwide search, because Immoweb accepts an unknown location filter
  with HTTP 200 and then ignores it.
- Error rows are written to the dataset so a rejected input is visible in the export, and they are
  never charged.
