- **Pull an agency's full portfolio** — new `agencyListings` scrape mode: set an **Agency location** (e.g. `Berlin`) and optionally one or more **Agency names** (case-insensitive partial match, e.g. `Engel & Völkers`) to get every listing that agency currently advertises there.
- **Auto-discovery** — leave Agency names empty and the actor enumerates every agency advertising in the location, then pulls all of their listings.
- **Rent or sale portfolios** — the existing Contract input (rent/sale) selects which side of an agency's book you get.
- **Same clean row shape** — agency rows reuse the familiar field set (price, €/m², rooms, living area, address, energy class, photos, description) plus new `listing_date`/`updated_date` timestamps, with the usual EUR→USD dual pricing.
- **Priced like Overview** — agency rows bill at the existing Overview per-result rate. No price changes to any mode.
