**Two modes**

- 🔍 **Listing Search** — walk any of 27 sections, filtered by county, keyword, price band, photos and sort order. 25 listings per page request, and no paging ceiling: apartments for sale exposes all 2,094 pages of its 52,329 listings.
- 📄 **Listing Detail** — hand it listing URLs and get the full record back for each one.

**What a row carries**

- 🪙 Asking price parsed to a real number, in euros. Croatian formatting reads `171.500 €` as 171,500 — not as 171.5.
- 📍 GPS coordinates on every enriched listing, with a flag for when Njuškalo blurred the pin.
- 🏪 Whether an agency or a private owner posted it, taken from the page rather than inferred from the wording, plus the seller's name, profile link and rating.
- 📄 The complete Croatian description and the full attribute table — floor area, rooms, floor, build year, energy rating, heating, permits, parking.
- 🖼️ Every photo, the view count and the publication date.
