- **Seven country sites, one Actor** — search property24.com plus the Namibian, Botswanan, Zambian, Zimbabwean, Mozambican and Kenyan editions of Property24 from the same input. South Africa advertises about 222,000 homes for sale and 86,000 to rent; the Kenyan index reports about 157,000.
- **Type a place name, not an area id** — "Cape Town", "Sandton", "Pretoria", "Sea Point, Cape Town" or a whole province such as Western Cape. Leave the list empty to sweep the country. No numeric location code to look up and no URL to paste.
- **For sale and to rent, everywhere** — both sections work on all seven editions, with rentals priced per month.
- **Prices, sizes and costs as numbers** — asking price, bedrooms, bathrooms, erf size, floor size, levies, rates and taxes and price per square metre come back typed, with the currency stamped on every row.
