### 2026-10-03

#### 🎉 Tayara Scraper - Launch!

- **Tayara Immobilier by governorate or town** - Scrape Tunisian property ads from tayara.tn for any of the 24 governorates, a town such as La Marsa or Hammamet, or the whole country.
- **Every property type** - Apartments, houses and villas, land and farms, offices, shops and commercial premises, room shares and holiday rentals, for sale or to rent.
- **Private owners flagged** - Each row says whether a private owner or an agency placed the ad, and the Seller filter keeps just one of them.
- **Prices in Tunisian dinars** - The asking price or monthly rent on every row, with a price band filter applied before anything is charged.
- **Full details on demand** - Sale or rent, floor area, bedrooms, bathrooms, price per m², map position and the advertiser's phone.

#### 💎 User Benefits

- Property ads that mostly do not appear on the agency portals, without copying them by hand
- $1.20 per 1,000 listings, with filtered-out ads and error rows never charged
- Full ad text and every photo on the cheapest row, ready for Excel, Google Sheets or an AI agent
- A clear message instead of a silent nationwide search when a place name is misspelled

#### 🎯 Use Cases

- Investors tracking apartment prices per m² in La Marsa, Ennasr and Sahloul
- Agencies building call lists of private owners selling or letting in their area
- Proptech apps alerting users to each day's new Tayara rentals
