- **Owner Or Agency, On Every Row And In The Search** - Each Greek property advert says whether a private owner or an agency placed it, and you can ask for one or the other. About a third of the freshest rental adverts are owner-placed, against roughly one in ten on the sale side. Agency-only is narrowed by xe.gr itself. Owner-only is selected from the results the portal publishes to everyone, and you are billed only for the rows kept.
- **Four Property Kinds In One Actor** - Homes, commercial space, land and parking, for sale or to rent. Live at launch: 32,200 homes to rent, 128,500 homes for sale, 61,700 commercial spaces to rent, 258,500 for sale, about 96,000 plots of land and roughly 575 parking spaces.
- **36 Filters, Each One Proved Against The Live Result Count** - Price, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, construction year, energy class and condition. Then the must-haves: furnishing, pets, parking, lift, air conditioning, garden, pool, view, photos and short-term lets, plus free text and recency. - Advertiser phone numbers are deliberately not collected. Professional adverts carry the agency name and profile id, and every row carries the advert URL.
- The portal carries placeholder adverts priced at €10, so set a minimum price when you sort cheapest first.
