#### 🧭 Overview mode now returns full listings, not just locations

- **Every Overview row is priced, measured and addressed** — deposit, monthly rent, exclusive area (전용면적), floor, room type, management fee, address and a thumbnail now land on the row next to the location and canonical link. Overview rows used to carry little more than a location and a link.
- **Dual-currency money and the rent-per-m² KPI on Overview too** — 만원 and full KRW, plus monthly rent per exclusive m², so a district-wide pull is ready to sort and screen without a Detail run.
- **More than three times as many fields filled per row**, at the same per-listing price. Detail mode is unchanged and still a superset of Overview.

#### 💸 No charge for an incomplete listing

- **Listings that can't be completed are no longer returned — or billed.** A delisted or unavailable unit is now counted as a failure in the run stats instead of arriving as a near-empty row on your invoice. Every Overview row you pay for carries its price and size fields.
