Until now, Zoopla could only return **search-result summaries** — never a full property record. This release closes that gap:

- **New `details` Search Mode** — full listing/property record by **listing id**, **listing URL**, or **street address**, mixed freely in one run. This is the actor's biggest capability upgrade to date.
  - **Listing ID / URL** (`/details/byid`, `/details/byurl`) — the complete listing record: description, full feature list, EPC rating, tenure detail, council tax band, floor plans, points of interest, transport links, publication status
  - **Street address** (`/details/byaddress`) — a property-level record (beds/baths/tenure, sale + rent estimate, historic listings/sales) keyed by UPRN when no specific listing id is known
  - FREE tier: up to 5 property records per run; PAID: unlimited

#### 🧩 5 New Per-Listing Enrichment Add-Ons (PAID)

Join the existing valuation-estimate add-on — attach any combination to a search-mode row or a details-mode row:

- Details-mode rows and all 5 new enrichment add-ons **reuse the existing "Valuation enriched" charge event** — no new pricing event, no 14-day notice, no `actor.json` monetization changes.
