## EU TED Tender, Award & Change Radar

**Unofficial community Actor. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the European Union, the Publications Office of the European Union, or TED.**

Turn the official, anonymous TED Search API into a structured EU public-procurement feed. Find opportunities, awards, buyers, winners, deadlines, values, CPV codes, locations, and published change metadata without a browser or API key.

### What it delivers

- English-preferred multilingual notice title and buyer names;
- publication, notice, procedure, and version identifiers;
- buyer countries and identifiers, CPV codes, and places of performance;
- estimated procurement value, currency, submission deadlines, and days remaining;
- award winners, winner identifiers/countries, contract values, and conclusion dates when published;
- change-notice reason, description, and previous version identifier;
- canonical TED detail, XML, HTML, and PDF links;
- stateful deduplication for schedules, webhooks, API, and MCP workflows.

The default is a repeatable snapshot. Enable `onlyNew` and keep the same `stateKey` for an unseen-notice monitor.

Advanced users can paste a complete TED expert query. The API currently allows up to 250 notices per page and a 15,000-result page-number window; this Actor uses bounded pages and a configurable scan cap.

### Pricing

The live price shown by Apify Store is the source of truth. The Actor is prepared for pay per result after creator payout onboarding; until the Store explicitly displays that model, no separate per-result fee is promised.

### Data-use note

TED notices are published by contracting authorities. Values, dates, classifications, and time zones may reflect source-entry errors. Verify a record against the linked official notice before bidding or making a commercial decision.

Optional numeric threshold applied after retrieval. Compare together with estimatedValueCurrency.

## `preferredLanguage` (type: `string`):

TED three-letter language key for title and buyer name, for example eng, deu, fra, spa.

## `expertQuery` (type: `string`):

Optional complete expert query. When supplied, it replaces keywords, countries, CPV, notice type, and lookback filters.

## `maxNoticesScanned` (type: `integer`):

Safety cap before post-retrieval value filtering.

## `stateKey` (type: `string`):

Keep unchanged across scheduled runs; use another key for another procurement feed.

## `onlyNew` (type: `boolean`):

Enable for schedules to skip publication numbers already delivered under this state key.

## `resetState` (type: `boolean`):

Forget saved publication numbers and replay the query window.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many dataset rows.
