## Property Manager Stack + Portfolio Size Detector

A list of property management companies has names on it. It does not have doors.

### Why it costs you

Doors under management set the price tier and decide whether an account is worth a rep at all. The incumbent system decides whether it is a displacement play or a greenfield one. Neither field sits in any database, and buying a list without them means qualifying every account by hand.
