Scan public websites for technology-stack clues, ICP keyword fit, buying-signal copy, and deltas. The Actor turns commodity website-tech scanning demand into CRM-ready qualification rows for GTM, sales, product, and market-mapping workflows.

### What it does

- Fetches public websites with a normal HTTP request; no login, cookies, private pages, or paid proxies.
- Detects common public technology/vendor clues such as WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk, Google Tag Manager, Segment, Shopify, Calendly, Stripe, Workday, Greenhouse, and Lever.
- Scores ICP fit from configurable keywords such as `property management`, `facilities management`, `maintenance`, `compliance`, `tenant`, `workspace`, and `portfolio`.
- Tags buying-signal copy such as `book a demo`, `pricing`, `enterprise`, `integrations`, `AI`, `automation`, `reporting`, and `scale`.
- Persists named key-value-store snapshots to emit `new`, `unchanged`, `changed`, and optional `removed` rows across recurring runs.
