**Use case:** 

Turn any Rightmove search into a new listings alert. With monitoring mode on, each run saves only the properties that were not in the previous run of the same search, so a daily schedule gives you fresh stock without paying to re-collect what you already have. The delisting tracker also reports the properties that disappeared since the last run.
