## Pricing

from $1.80 / 1,000 complaints

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## China Consumer Complaints Scraper: Black Cat 黑猫投诉

Get consumer complaints from **Black Cat (黑猫投诉, tousu.sina.com.cn)**, Sina's complaints platform and the largest place where Chinese consumers publicly complain about companies: e-commerce, delivery, airlines, telecoms, fintech, games, cars and more. No login, no cookies, no browser.

- **Every complaint** with title, summary, **company**, the consumer's **demand** (refund, compensation, apology…), the **issue**, the **amount involved** in CNY, the **status** (processing, company replied, completed) and upvotes
- **Four lists**: newest, hottest, recently replied by the company, recently completed
- **Filter by company or keyword** (淘宝, 美团, 自动扣费, 虚假宣传…)
- **Only new complaints** mode: schedule it every hour and get each new complaint once

### Use cases

- **Brand and reputation monitoring**: an alert feed of complaints about your company or your competitors.
- **Customer-experience research**: what Chinese consumers complain about most, by company and issue.
- **Investors and analysts**: complaint volume and resolution for listed Chinese companies (Alibaba, JD, Meituan, PDD, airlines, banks…) as an early signal.
- **Media and regulators**: track recurring problems such as unauthorized auto-debits or misleading advertising.

### Example input

The newest complaints:

```json
{
  "lists": ["newest"],
  "maxComplaints": 100
}
```

Hourly monitoring of three companies (schedule this every hour):

```json
{
  "lists": ["newest"],
  "companies": ["淘宝", "京东", "美团"],
  "maxComplaints": 500,
  "onlyNew": true
}
```

### Output

```json
{
  "complaintId": "17402596835",
  "title": "直接啥都不知扣钱了",
  "summary": "取消代扣服务，咋扣我的钱，太凶了直接从银行卡扣起走了",
  "company": "黄弹科技",
  "companyId": "7626502211",
  "demand": "退款",
  "issue": "账号问题",
  "amountCny": 0,
  "status": "处理中",
  "statusEnglish": "Processing",
  "statusCode": 4,
  "upvotes": 0,
  "shares": 0,
  "commentCount": 0,
  "latestComments": [],
  "createdAt": "2026-10-30T15:29:25.000Z",
  "url": "https://tousu.sina.com.cn/complaint/view/17402596835/",
  "list": "newest"
}
```

- `company` is the company or brand account the complaint is addressed to, as named on Black Cat (e.g. 京东客服, 淘宝闪购客户关怀).
- `status`: 待分配 awaiting assignment, 处理中 processing, 已回复 company replied, 已完成 completed, 已关闭 closed.
- Complainants' names are not collected. Texts are in Chinese as published.

### Pricing

**$0.002 per complaint ($2 per 1,000).** The newest 100 complaints cost $0.20. With **Only new complaints** and an hourly schedule you pay only for new complaints; filters by company or keyword cost nothing extra, as only matching complaints are saved.

### Notes and limits

- **About 500 complaints per list.** Black Cat shows logged-out visitors the latest 50 pages (500 complaints) of each list; the newest list covers roughly the last day. Schedule the Actor hourly or daily to build a complete history.
- Searching all complaints about one company needs a Black Cat account, so filters work on the lists above rather than on Black Cat's company pages.
- Only public data is collected.

# Actor input Schema

## `lists` (type: `array`):

Which Black Cat lists to read: newest complaints, hottest, recently replied by the company, or recently completed. Each list goes back about 500 complaints.

## `companies` (type: `array`):

Optional: only complaints about these companies (part of the name is enough, in Chinese as Black Cat shows it, e.g. 淘宝, 京东, 美团, 拼多多).

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Optional: only complaints whose title, summary or issue contains one of these words (e.g. 退款, 自动扣费, 虚假宣传).

## `maxComplaints` (type: `integer`):

Upper limit on complaints saved from each list.

## `onlyNew` (type: `boolean`):

For scheduled runs: skip (and don't pay for) complaints saved in a previous run. With an hourly schedule you get every new complaint once.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Not needed for normal use.

    "newest"
  ],
  "maxComplaints": 100,
