## Pricing

from $1.80 / 1,000 listings

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Japan Second-hand Search: Yahoo Auctions & PayPay

Search Japan's biggest second-hand marketplaces in one run and get clean, typed data in English field names:

- **Yahoo! Auctions (ヤフオク!) live listings**: current price, buy-it-now price, starting price, bids, watchers, end time, condition, category, shipping fee, where it ships from, seller rating
- **Yahoo! Auctions sold items**: what items actually sold for recently, with the final price and sale date
- **PayPay Flea Market (PayPayフリマ)**: fixed-price listings with price, likes, condition, brand, category, hashtags and seller rating
- **Sold-price summary per keyword** (free): count, min, quartiles, median, max and average of recent final prices
- **Prices in yen and your currency** (USD, EUR, GBP, CNY and more, at the European Central Bank rate)

No login, no Japanese phone number, no browser.

### Use cases

- **Resellers and importers**: check what Pokémon cards, sneakers, watches, cameras or game consoles really sell for in Japan before buying or listing.
- **Proxy-buying services**: feed live listings with prices in your customers' currency.
- **Price research**: compare live asking prices with recent sold prices for any model.
- **Collectors**: monitor new listings for a keyword on a schedule.

### Example input

```json
{
  "keywords": ["ポケモンカード", "Nintendo Switch 2"],
  "sources": ["yahooAuctions", "yahooAuctionsSold", "paypayFleamarket"],
  "maxItemsPerSource": 100,
  "maxPriceJpy": 60000,
  "currency": "USD"
}
```

**Use Japanese keywords** when you can: ニンテンドースイッチ finds far more than "Nintendo Switch". Brand and model names in English (Rolex, iPhone 15, PS5) work well.

### Output

A sold item:

```json
{
  "type": "sold",
  "source": "yahooAuctions",
  "keyword": "Nintendo Switch 2",
  "id": "z716898182",
  "title": "Nintendo Switch2 ゼルダの伝説 40周年アニバーサリーエディションの「付属品のみ」",
  "url": "https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/z716898182",
  "priceJpy": 35000,
  "priceUsd": 221.66,
  "bids": 1,
  "watchers": 4,
  "fixedPrice": true,
  "condition": "new",
  "category": "ニンテンドースイッチアクセサリー",
  "freeShipping": true,
  "sellerRating": "100%",
  "shipsFrom": "Chiba",
  "soldAt": "2026-11-03T12:32:21+09:00"
}
```

A summary (one per keyword, free):

```json
{ "type": "soldSummary", "keyword": "ポケモンカード", "count": 60, "minJpy": 200, "p25Jpy": 1000, "medianJpy": 10800, "p75Jpy": 15500, "maxJpy": 450000, "averageJpy": 19174, "medianUsd": 68.4 }
```

The summary covers every sold result for the keyword, accessories and bundles included, so use a precise keyword (model, edition, card name) for a meaningful price range.

`type` is `listing` (for sale now), `sold` or `soldSummary`. Conditions are translated to `new`, `like new`, `very good`, `good`, `fair` and `poor`.

### Pricing

| Record | Price |
|---|---|
| Listing or sold item | $0.002 |
| Sold-price summary | free |

100 live listings, 100 sold items and 100 PayPay listings for one keyword cost $0.60.

### Notes

- Results come in each site's default order. Sorting and condition filters aren't offered because the sites ask crawlers not to use them.
- The price range applies to live listings; sold items cover the most recent sales Yahoo shows for the keyword.
- Seller names are masked by the sites and not collected; only their rating is.
- Titles and categories stay in Japanese, as on the sites.

Where to search.
