- Fix: without a token the whole run failed with "GitHub rejected the token (401)" although no token was given. Cause: GitHub now refuses the stargazers list to anonymous requests (HTTP 401). The Actor now treats that as "needs a token", skips only the star history (with a `starHistoryNote` on the row) and reports every other metric.
