## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Sparkasse Immobilien Scraper – German Real Estate

Get property listings from **[Sparkasse Immobilien](https://immobilien.sparkasse.de)**, the real estate portal of Germany's savings banks (Sparkassen), one of the largest property brokers in Germany, as clean data: **price, €/m², living area, plot area, rooms, property sub-type, coordinates and photos**.

Type a city, district or postcode (**München, Köln, Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, 60311…**), choose a radius and property type, and click Start.

### Why this scraper?

- **Unique property types:** besides apartments and houses, Sparkasse lists **plots (Grundstücke)** and **investment properties (Anlageobjekte, Mehrfamilienhäuser)**, which investors don't find elsewhere in one feed.
- **Sparkasse's own offers flagged:** `sparkasseOffer` tells you which listings are handled by a Sparkasse broker team.
- **Coordinates for every listing**, ready for maps and location analysis.
- **Every page of the search**, with no duplicates, so you never pay twice for the same property.

### Who is it for?

- **Real estate investors** looking for apartment buildings, plots and buy-to-let apartments.
- **Agents and developers** watching new supply and prices around their area.
- **Analysts** comparing €/m² between German cities and districts.

### What data do you get?

| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| `title`, `propertyType`, `propertySubType` | TRIO am Nordpark – 3 Zimmer, Wohnung, Etagenwohnung |
| `price`, `pricePerM2`, `priceText` | 489900, 6025, 489.900 € |
| `livingAreaM2`, `plotAreaM2`, `rooms` | 81.31, null, 3 |
| `location`, `latitude`, `longitude` | Köln, 50.9686, 6.9636 |
| `sparkasseOffer`, `labels` | false, immowelt Kooperationsangebot |
| `image`, `images`, `url`, `id` | photo URLs, link to the listing |

### How to use it

1. Add one or more **Locations** (city, district or postcode).
2. Pick a **Radius**, **Property type** and optionally a price range.
3. Set **Max results** to control cost, and click **Start**.
4. Download as Excel, CSV or JSON, or send the data to Google Sheets.

**Tip:** schedule it daily to get new investment properties and plots as soon as they're listed.

### How much does it cost?

**$2 per 1,000 properties** ($0.002 each). Use **Max results** to set a hard cap.

### Notes

- Locations are resolved with the site's own place search; the log shows which place each location matched.
- The Actor reads public result pages at a gentle pace and respects the site's robots.txt. It doesn't collect contact details of people.
