## Otodom Scraper (otodom.pl) – Polish property listings export

Paste one or more Otodom search links and get back one row per property listing: price, price per square metre, area, number of rooms, district, agency name and the listing link. It works for flats, houses and plots, for sale or for rent, anywhere in Poland.

You set your filters on otodom.pl as usual (city, price range, rooms, market type), copy the address from your browser and paste it in. The tool reads the same public result pages you see and turns them into a clean table.

Schedule it daily from **Schedules** and compare the `id` field between runs to spot new listings and price changes.

### Why this one

- **Uses your own Otodom filters.** Any search you can build on otodom.pl works, so you never fight a limited form.
- **Fields you can filter on.** Price, price per m², area, rooms, district and agency come as separate columns, not one blob of text.

### How to use it

1. Click **Try for free**.
2. In **Search URLs**, paste one or more Otodom result page links, for example a search for rentals in Kraków.
3. Set **Max listings**, for example 200, to cap the total rows across all searches (1 to 1000).
4. Set **Max pages per search** to limit how deep each search goes (1 to 20, default 3).
5. Click **Start**.

- **Empty fields.** Some fields, such as `city` and `province`, can be empty on some rows.
- **Not affiliated.** This tool isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Otodom or OLX Group.

### FAQ

**Can I scrape rentals?** Yes. Use a search URL with `wynajem` instead of `sprzedaz`.

**Why did I get fewer rows than I asked for?** Your search had fewer results, or you hit **Max pages per search**.

**Does it open each listing?** No. It reads search pages only, which keeps runs fast.

### Getting the data out

Download results as Excel, CSV or JSON from the Output tab. Send them to Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier, Make or webhooks from the **Integrations** tab. Every run is available through the Apify API, and you can run it on a timetable from **Schedules**.
