## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Company Jobs Scraper: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters & Recruitee

Get **every open job from a company's career page** on the six most used applicant tracking systems, **in one run and one clean format**. Just type the company name (`stripe`, `ramp`) and the Actor finds its job board, or paste the career page link.

Straight from each ATS's public job board API: fast, reliable, no proxies, no blocking. Over 1,000 jobs in about 10 seconds.

### Supported job boards

| ATS | Example link |
|---|---|
| Greenhouse | `https://boards.greenhouse.io/stripe` |
| Lever | `https://jobs.lever.co/palantir` |
| Ashby | `https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp` |
| Workable | `https://apply.workable.com/huggingface` |
| SmartRecruiters | `https://careers.smartrecruiters.com/<company>` |
| Recruitee | `https://bunq.recruitee.com` |

### Why this one?

- **Six ATS, one schema.** The same fields for every job, whatever system the company uses.
- **Just the company name.** No need to know which ATS a company uses: type `stripe` and every ATS is checked.
- **Salary when the company publishes it**: min, max, currency and interval (Ashby, Lever, Recruitee).
- **Filters:** title keywords, locations, remote only, posted since.
- **Full description** as clean plain text, ready for search, matching or an LLM.

### Use cases

- **Job boards and aggregators:** feed fresh jobs from hundreds of companies into your site.
- **Recruiters and talent teams:** track who is hiring for which roles, and where.
- **Sales intelligence:** hiring is a buying signal. Find companies hiring for "Salesforce admin" or "data engineer".
- **Market research:** salaries, remote share and team growth across companies.

### Input

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| **Companies** | Career page links, `ats:slug` (e.g. `greenhouse:stripe`) or just the board name (`stripe`). |
| **Max jobs per company** | Stop after N jobs per company. `0` = all open jobs. |
| **Job title keywords** | Only titles containing any of these words. |
| **Locations** | Only jobs whose location or country contains any of these. |
| **Remote jobs only** | Only jobs marked remote. |
| **Posted since** | Only jobs published on or after this date. |
| **Include job description** | Full description as plain text. |

```json
{
  "companies": ["stripe", "https://jobs.lever.co/palantir", "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp"],
  "maxJobsPerCompany": 0,
  "keywords": ["engineer", "data"],
  "remoteOnly": false
}
```

### Output

```json
{
  "ats": "ashby",
  "company": "ramp",
  "jobId": "34413f8d-26bf-4bbc-8ade-eb309a0e2245",
  "title": "Security Engineer, Cloud",
  "department": "Engineering",
  "team": "Backend",
  "location": "New York, NY (HQ)",
  "country": "USA",
  "remote": true,
  "workplaceType": "Hybrid",
  "employmentType": "FullTime",
  "postedAt": "2026-04-07T17:12:35Z",
  "salaryMin": 211400,
  "salaryMax": 290600,
  "salaryCurrency": "USD",
  "salaryInterval": "1 YEAR",
  "salaryText": "$211.4K – $290.6K • Offers Equity",
  "url": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp/34413f8d-26bf-4bbc-8ade-eb309a0e2245",
  "applyUrl": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp/34413f8d-26bf-4bbc-8ade-eb309a0e2245/application",
  "descriptionText": "ABOUT RAMP\n\nRamp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams...",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-23T23:34:13Z"
}
```

Fields a board doesn't publish are `null` (for example, Greenhouse and Workable rarely include salaries).

### Good to know

- A bare name is checked on all six ATS, and every board found is included. For an exact match, paste the career page link.
- SmartRecruiters company names are case-sensitive (`Visa1`, not `visa1`).

### Pricing

Pay per job: you only pay for the jobs saved to your dataset, no monthly fee.

### Integrations

Schedule it daily to track new openings, and send results to Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable, Zapier, Make, n8n or your own API.

### Support

Need another ATS (Workday, Teamtailor, Personio...) or a new field? Open an issue on the **Issues** tab and it will be fixed quickly.

If this Actor saves you time, a quick ⭐ review helps a lot and keeps it maintained. Thank you!
