**Use case:** 

Labels every row NEW, UPDATED or UNCHANGED and, by default, writes only the first two. The fingerprint covers name, category, address, phone, website, rating, review count, opening hours, price level and closure - deliberately not 'open right now', which changes by the minute and would mark half the city as changed on every run.
