## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## eBay Sold Listings + Poshmark, Mercari & Depop

Get **sold** and **active** listings from eBay, Poshmark, Mercari and Depop by keyword. Every row has the price, sold date, shipping, condition, a link and an image. eBay works on 8 country sites, Poshmark in the US and Canada, and Depop in the US, UK, Australia and Canada.

eBay retired its public sold-listings API (`findCompletedItems`), and Poshmark, Mercari and Depop never had one. This actor gives you the same comps resellers check by hand, in one run.

### What you can do with it

- **Price inventory** before you list it, from what actually sold
- **Track resale prices** for a list of items over time
- **Compare marketplaces**: the same keyword on eBay, Poshmark and Mercari
- **Feed comps** into a spreadsheet, app, Make or n8n flow, or an AI agent

### How to use it

1. Add keywords, one per line. Be specific: model, size, grade, edition.
2. Pick a marketplace and listing type, for example **eBay sold**, and a country site.
3. Optional: price range, sort, condition, eBay category ID or buying format.
4. Run it and download the results as JSON, CSV or Excel.

### Input example

```json
{ "queries": ["nintendo switch oled"], "source": "ebay/sold", "country": "us", "maxPages": 1 }
```

### Output example

```json
{
  "query": "nintendo switch oled",
  "marketplace": "ebay/sold",
  "title": "Nintendo Switch OLED White, Excellent",
  "price": 249.99,
  "currency": "USD",
  "shipping": 0,
  "sold_date": "2026-09-28",
  "condition": "Pre-Owned",
  "best_offer_accepted": false,
  "link": "https://www.ebay.com/itm/..."
}
```

Prices are what the listing shows, in the site's currency. On eBay that can differ from what the buyer paid, for example after an accepted Best Offer; `best_offer_accepted` flags those.

### Pricing

**$2.00 per 1,000 results.** An eBay page has up to 200 rows, so one keyword usually costs well under a cent. Set a maximum cost per run in Apify and the actor stops there.

### FAQ

**How far back do sold listings go?** As far back as each marketplace shows sold listings publicly. Sort by newest to get the most recent first.

**What do the fields mean?** See the [field reference](https://soldgraph.com/docs/api/sold).

**Need another marketplace or field?** Open an issue on the Issues tab.
