## Pricing

from $7.00 / 1,000 page auditeds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Website SEO Audit Tool: On-Page Scores & Issues

Enter a website and get an on-page SEO audit of its pages: a 0 to 100 score for each page and a plain-language list of what to fix, sorted by how much it matters.

### What it checks on every page

| Area | Checks |
|---|---|
| Indexing | HTTP status, HTTPS, `noindex`, canonical URL |
| Search snippet | Title present and 30 to 60 characters, meta description present and 70 to 160 characters |
| Content | One H1, word count, images without alt text |
| Sharing | Open Graph title and image |
| Structured data | schema.org JSON-LD present and valid, with the types found |
| Mobile and language | Viewport tag, `lang` attribute |
| Speed | Server response time, HTML size |

For each website it also reports whether `robots.txt`, `sitemap.xml` and `llms.txt` exist, and whether robots.txt points to the sitemap.

### What you get for each page

- `score`: 100 minus 20 for each critical issue, 8 for each warning and 3 for each notice.
- `issues`: each with a `severity` (`critical`, `warning` or `notice`), a `code` you can filter on, and a `message` that says what is wrong and what to aim for.
- The measured facts: title, meta description, H1, canonical, word count, image and link counts, structured data types, response time.

### Input

```json
{
  "urls": ["https://apify.com"],
  "maxPagesPerSite": 10
}
```

The audit starts at each address and follows links within the same website until it reaches the page limit. Set the limit to 1 to audit single pages.

### Output example

```json
{
  "url": "https://example.com/pricing",
  "status": "ok",
  "score": 81,
  "issueCount": { "critical": 0, "warning": 2, "notice": 1 },
  "issues": [
    { "severity": "warning", "code": "description-missing", "message": "The page has no meta description." },
    { "severity": "warning", "code": "h1-missing", "message": "The page has no H1 heading." },
    { "severity": "notice", "code": "canonical-missing", "message": "The page declares no canonical URL." }
  ],
  "title": "Pricing | Example",
  "wordCount": 412,
  "responseMs": 380
}
```

### Pricing

$10.00 per 1,000 pages ($0.01 each). One charge per page audited. Pages that cannot be opened are free.

A 50-page website costs $0.50. Ten websites of 200 pages each cost $20.

Each run also has a start charge of $0.00005. There is no separate charge for computing time. Apify's paid plans get 10% to 30% off these prices; the Pricing tab shows yours. Apify's free plan includes $5 of credit a month, which covers 500 pages.

### Limits

- It reads the HTML a website serves. Content that only appears after JavaScript runs in a browser is not seen, which is also how many crawlers see the page.
- It audits on-page factors. It does not measure backlinks, rankings or keyword volumes.
- Some large sites refuse automated requests; those pages come back as `unreachable` and are not charged.

### Questions

#### Can I run it on a schedule?

Yes. Save your input as a task and add an Apify schedule, for example every morning.

#### How do I get the results into Excel or Google Sheets?

Every run's results can be downloaded as Excel, CSV or JSON from the run's Output tab. Apify's integrations with Make, Zapier, n8n and Google Sheets can pass them on automatically.

#### Can I call it from my own code or from an AI agent?

Yes. The API tab has ready-made code for Python, JavaScript and cURL, and the tool can be connected to AI agents through Apify's MCP server.

#### Something looks wrong or is missing

Open a report under the Issues tab and include the input you used.

### Optional manual audit workbook

Want to keep a manual checklist and an action plan alongside these automated results? The separate [SpellzCode Website SEO Audit Workbook](https://0di5in-jp.myshopify.com/products/seo-audit-workbook?utm_source=apify_seo_audit\&utm_medium=owned_referral\&utm_campaign=shop_launch) is a paid, one-time Excel download with 40 checks, calculated scores and an action plan.

The workbook is optional. You can still export this Actor's results directly from Apify without buying it. It does not automatically import this Actor's dataset; enter your own audit findings in the workbook.
